I have had my share of Property Managers and they are not all created equal. Brian Poduska and his team have proven to be reliable, efficient with respect to tenants, work orders, vendors, owner, owner portal, etc. We have had our share of challenges… a tenant caught my house on fire causing just under 100,000 in damage. Though this was an huge shock and even a major setback, Brian went the extra mile in managing the entire incident for me. He was my liaison between the Fire Investigators, Fire Marshall, other City and County personnel. He assisted with the insurance adjuster and when the nasty restoration company tried to overcharge me and also the insurance company Brian mediated that mess too. A true test of someone I want to work with is how they operate during in adverse conditions. Brian handled this suboptimal situation better than most others would have. Brian is kind, humble, and works very hard for his clients. I highly recommend him for your PM needs.
