The maintenance man Ray with Real Property Management, Alamo did a great job….like always. He showed up to fix a leaking toilet in less than 24 hours after I reported the problem. He not only repaired the leaking toilet, but replaced the internals of the tank since they were old and needed replacement. He even checked on a faucet leak for me, and replaced the aerator, solving the problem. Ray is a true professional, and is a credit to Real Property Management!

Problem2. Acknowledged3. SolvedThose three steps were not that simple by any means because I am a difficult person to work with sometimes. I ONLY understand right and wrong, I dont really get the grey area between the two.RPM is very time challenged when it comes to communication and follow-up, they heavily depend on automated tools and systems to support their efforts to try to provide the very best of everything to all both tenant and owner in conjunction with their administrative work loads.With that all said, I became frustrated, and I would characterize my engagement with them as filled and laced with undertones of being extremely unhappy and would certainly say they had a BIG challenge with me to overcome.But this is the impressive part of RPM Alamo, they shined as the sun is bright when it came to professional responsibility and responses to the problems. Instead of exacerbating and escalating the situation they managed it, they deescalated, they fixed the issues, they respected their commitments to the owner and processes all along this experience.I probably am not liked by RPM Alamo because I was so demanding and was very vocal about how bad my experience was, but what I am hopeful of is that people read this and know that you would not find a better partner when it comes to being an owner and you 100% guaranteed to not have a better leasing team to help you along in your journey.They have earned my respect and heart felt appreciation for the work they do!

He has answered all my questions and kept me informed 100% of the time. They had my house rented out in under a month it would have been even faster but things fell through with other tenant which was out of there control but they were definitely on top of things. My last Property Management (that I legally cant write a negative review on because of a clause in the lease) really left a bad taste in our mouth for Property Management companies. So we came into this lease very guarded, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the level of service we have gotten. They are human beings that treat us as human beings. That doesnt sound like much but compared to previous companies its nice to be seen and heard. I really like that I have the option to text them and I get a very quick response. With Covid we had to get assistance from the Bexar county program. I was nervous to ask for certain information but they were extremely understanding and they sent the info over for me and helped me with communication with them, which I felt was really above and beyond. We have been in this house for almost 2 years and most likely we will stay one more year with them. I hope everything stays smooth sailing with them.Thank you for the awesome service Real Property Management 😀
