I just moved into the apartment and the experience has been very good overall. The apartments are on a nice street in a very walkable area and a great value. The space itself was clean and in nice shape, and Ive been able to access friendly assistance and ask questions during the move-in process.It is a quiet unit and the neighbors have been pleasant to meet. Parking is in a secured area and there are a washer and dry on the premises. All in all a great place!

John McGuire at Real Property Management Affiliates is the property manager for the rental home in which my husband and I currently live. In a word, their service has been exemplary. They provide an excellent, user-friendly portal for tenants use, which has been extremely convenient and helpful! For example, our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. I simply submitted a maintenance request through the portal. Within maybe 20 minutes, I had a phone call from John telling me he had someone coming to repair the garage and would be there within the hour...and that is exactly what happened. We were able to open our garage door again probably not even two hours after I made the request! Unparalleled service thus far :) We are so grateful to have a property manager we can rely on and maintains excellent communication with us. Thanks for being great, John!

As a tenant, Real Property Management Affiliates were great to work with. Communication was easy, responsive and polite. We were able to schedule a showing and apply immediately after we found the one we wanted. They also had easy to navigate processes to apply, including the pet application and later the apartment inspection. Overall a great experience.

One of the most reasonable companies I have ever dealt with. My husband passed and sent our lives into a tailspin and it took several months to get back on our feet. They worked with me to move out to go to a cheaper place and gave me grace as I worked to pay down the remaining balance even though it took me a while. They kept their word to work with me and certainly did not have to, so I am very grateful for this company.
