Christine is literally the best person through a management company I have ever communicated with. She responds immediately, and resolves our maintenance request so quickly. She went out of her way to bring us an AC window unit late at night because our AC went out and she understands what it’s like to have a toddler trying to sleep in a hot house. The moment I contacted Ramendu Realty it was a walk in the park and they walked alongside me every step of the way! They even answered the phone after hours to help me with my rental process I was going through a rough time in my life and when I talked to them about getting my place it brought me joy!Oh and the house I moved in I love it, EVERYTHING was intact for some reason my doorbell stopped working and I put a work order in and it was almost immediate that someone contacted me came out and fixed it! And the maintenance man was off the charts nice and professional!So if you are looking for a rental property these are definitely the people for it! Oh and I forgot to mention that Raj even came down from Austin to Temple to just show me the home and I knew then that I wanted to rent lease through them! THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!

My wife and I leased a home that Ramendu Realty managed while we were looking to purchase a home. We didnt have many issues with the home but when we did, Ramendu Realty worked with the landlord and resolved the issues within a day or two. We also ended up finding a home to purchase prior to our lease experation date and had to terminate our lease early. We of course had to pay the early termination fee but Christine at Ramendu Realty really worked with us and was very clear about what we had to do in order to minimize the financial impact to us. She was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend leasing from Ramendu Realty.
