My doorknob broke which meant I couldnt leave my apartment. They have maintenance available on Saturdays. Roberto came very quickly & changed the knob out. He even adjusted how the door closes. I was very happy. I find that my maintenance requests are dealt with quickly.

Ive been living at a Rainier Properties apartment for just over a month and Ive had a great experience so far. Edward Garza was very helpful to me as I was checking out apartments in Austin. I was moving from out-of-state and wasnt able to tour the unit in-person before moving in, but Edward took the time three separate times to give me virtual tours of different units in the months leading up to me moving. He answered all my questions, gave me way better customer service than any other leasing agents at other apartments in Austin, and gave me a good feeling about the property which helped me to ultimately sign a lease here. Thanks Edward!

I have been living at Warwick Apartments for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. I really have no complaints whatsoever and since new property management has come in this year, things have gotten even better. Paul Rivera has gone above and beyond with all and any issues that I have had with the my apartment. He has gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service over the past few months. District manager Quinton has been really amazing as well. Honestly this is the first year I have been compelled to write a review for Rainier Management in the 14+ years I have been living there. Also, this year is the first that I can remember that Rainier offered competitive rates, particularly for educators. Thanks Rainer Management for setting the bar high as a property management company that other companies in Texas should follow.

Maintenance is always so helpful here, there’s one employee Alex that not only fixes the issue I put a maintenance request about but makes sure it’s resolved fully. Not just a “patch job” but fully resolves the problem, even if that means more work for them so the problem doesn’t arise again.

From start to finish, Ariel took great care to handle every detail involved in helping our family (from out of town) settle into our new unit at Aspenwood.It is a pleasure to recommend Ariel. An Austin native, I would trust Ariel to give potential tenants the first class treatment. She did not “push” the property, but gave us the space to make an informed decision. 5 stars!!!

The maintenance guys are great - I’ve had Byron, Amaury & a few others come out in the past and they always do a great job. Never have had to wait more than day after putting in a maintenance request.The property i’m at is okay has some issues but that is to be expected with how old it is.overall 5 stars for the maintenance team, 3 / 3.5 for the management & property itself.

My move in experience was very, very smooth. If Ariel is helping you, you are in good hands. She got me approved in less than 24 hours and quite literally saved my boyfriend and I from living in unsafe conditions. We needed to move ASAP, and she made it happen unbelievably quick and smooth. I will update my review when/if we move out. So far I’m very happy with my experience with staff/the property. & I have not seen any bugs, mold, or rats! I saw other reviews about that and was worried but so far, so good.

I’ve been at Bouldin Creek for a few years and I love it here. I just want to say the team and Rainier South is amazing. They are always nice and friendly and very attentive to any questions or needs that I have. There was a situation in June but it was quickly resolved and they were super helpful and great with solving my problem. Ariel the maintenance guy is super awesome always does a great job and Karla the manager is always awesome as well I don’t know what I’d do with out you guys!

Stephanie Brown was the manager who helped me and she did an amazing job! She was very prompt when replying to my questions and very well organized. I felt very taken care of and loved that my keys were handed to me on a “welcome home” keychain. It was a nice touch. I had some issues come up and needed the move in date to be adjusted and they totally accommodated and helped me get into the unit faster. I would definitely rent from Rainier properties again.

Ive lived at this apartment complex for 4 years now, and L.D. Hill is the best leasing manager Ive had the pleasure to interact with. Alex W. Has been one of the absolute best maintenance worker that I have come across; not only in my 3 1/2 years at The Willows, but as a renter of many properties I have lived in across Austin over the last 20 years. He’s the epitome of “bob the builder,” or “Tim the tool man Taylor,” in real life. He gets notifications/calls nonstop in regards to all sorts of maintenance issues and emergencies at various properties, and he’s only one man, but he does the work of at least 5.I reported an AC outage in my apartment unit, as well as water leaking up through the vinyl wood floor planks in the living room floor. -‘d he was at my door within 5 minutes. He took a look at what he was dealing with and knew exactly what to do. (keep in mind it’s mid-May about 90+ degrees outside and I am running around like crazy in my apartment boxing up all of my things to move out) and my AC goes out. I was sweltering hot and drenched in sweat, and Alex came and solved the problem and provided me with an extra plug in air conditioner to help keep the unit cool.Alex is the kind of guy who comes in, listens to you, discusses the issue at hand, asks questions, problems solves, and finds quick solutions! He also keeps you updated with his status.His overall aura highlights many of the strengths he has, such as being:- [ ] Strong willed/hard worker- [ ] Considerate/friendly- [ ] Intellectual/educated- [ ] Communicative/upfront- [ ] Patient/committed/impeccable work ethicI’ve come across many people in his line of work. (Those who are short/stand-off-ish, unfriendly, and act like some of the things I am requesting as a tenant are an extra burden to his already packed workload). So my experience with Rainier Properties got off to a bumpy start. Lisa at Su Casa property was dismissive when I tried to ask questions about a unit.However, I got in contact with Ariel, one of the leasing agents for Rainier and she was amazing!Ariel sent me photos of similar units and answered any questions I had. She was helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Making sure I knew everything I needed to do. Probably the best experience Ive ever had with a leasing agent.Ariel is amazing!

As hard as it may be to find a good place, it’s also hard to find a good locator. Explaining in detail what you’re looking for and getting homes that don’t match your criteria, is a waste of valuable time. When I met Megan Dodd, she was finishing my sentences because she instantly understood me. She has a way of effectively strategizing what works for you and brings the worth of her profession to the table. I wouldn’t use any other locator besides her and would recommend her to my entire circle!

I have had a really good experience with Rainier this first year in Austin. I was weary at first because I read some back reviews, but as far as management companies go, Rainier is top notch. They are really involved on a consistent basis with monthly newsletters, free stuff, holiday festivities, and ways for tenants to get involved. They are organized and on top of maintaining organization. They are, I will say, also on top of their policies, which can be annoying, but Id rather have a management company who is present, than not. It makes me feel safer and more secure. At the same time, its pretty easy to relax, the majority of the time the property is calm and private. I enjoy having 24 hour maintenance, and I personally have always have a good experience with the maintenance.I am happy with Rainier!
