    A fantastic and swift move-in for me via RADF. Litzy Ponce I especially was a gem in communicating this process considering I’m coming from the U.K. to the U.S. She facilitated this quick and swift move to make it an easy transition. The maintenance staff also have been quick to respond for questions and needs I had. Very glad to have chosen RADF.

    This was our first month living at one of the RADF properties and the staff have been really nice and attentive and answer all our questions. Adriana came by to change our filters and inspect that our fire hydrants and smoke alarms are active and up to date. We are very happy with the management.

    I submitted a maintenance request and Cary the Maintenance guy did an excellent job, in a timely matter. He fixed the problem the next day I requested the the repair. Office personnel is courteous and always respectful.

    The biggest blessing and her name is Litzy Ponce! Talk about getting us a place in days and it turned out even better than we expected. I was so stressed to find something quick and she made it less stressful and the process was easy. To her boss she is amazing and you really have a one of a kind associate working for y’all.     Litzy Ponce was beyond amazing found us a home less than a week and literally in days! we wanted one place and she provided us with an even better location for myself and my family! i highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an apartment. Very on time & communicates and answers quickly! Process was beyond easy al thanks to her. Thank you so much for everything!

    Wonderful service ! Adrianna comes every time at the end of the month to spray for any insect and they change the filter too :)

    The contractor who came to 2306 Kimberly Lane on 11/18/24 to repair the water leak did a great job. He was well informed and efficient in his work as well as very kind. Definitely would recommend him again to fix any further issues.

    A super helpful and caring team runs RADF properties. The person I have been in touch with the most is Lea because she is the one that helped me move in and regularly comes into the apartments for fumigations and such. She made the process very easy and is always willing to help you. My stay here at one of the properties has been nice and peaceful, and I’m glad to to stay here.

    It was a great stay for a weekend getaway. The place was clean, comfortable, and equipped with the essentials. There was a leak issue due to a storm but Esther followed up with maintenance very quickly. Overall satisfied and will definitely book again!
