**6551 Westcott****Great Living Experience!**Ive had an amazing experience living at 6551 Westcott. The apartment is spacious, great location , and at a great price. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and public transportation. The management team is responsive and professional, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. If youre looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to call home, I highly recommend this apartment!The only reason for the 4 star review is that the place is outdated and doesn’t offer fiber internet. Other than that, this place is a perfect place.

Definitely one of the better management companies Ive rented from. The place was entirely repainted when we moved in, which was one of the details that really gave us a sense of a fresh start in terms of condition.You can quickly and easily pay your rent online and even submit maintenance requests online too. When I first put in a request for a lightbulb change I expected something like that to get pushed to the back burner - but they came the next day and changed it out no problem. Same thing when we needed to get our leaky A/C drained (common issue), and we havent had a problem with it since.They always leave a note on your door the day before theyre going to come in to do routine maintenance, and then leave another slip after theyve finished their check-up just so you know that someone was in there.I have heard that people have had issues with parking if they dont have enough reserved spots, but we were able to secure a spot without very many issues. Around our apartment, street parking isnt too bad, but I also understand the frustration.Im still in the process of moving out, so I cant attest to how quickly or accurately they return security deposits, but Ill be sure to change this review if something goes wrong. They provided me with a move-out packet upon notifying them that Ill be moving out of state, with details about how to clean the apartment to ensure you dont get charged for them to do it. Im assuming as long as we follow those guidelines, we should receive basically all of our deposit back. Stay tuned....Last note: I wouldnt let these bad reviews online defer you from renting from this company if you really love the apartment. Think about it - people are probably more likely to post an online review if they had a bad experience as a way to vent or get back. Just my 2 cents

Been living here a year. Affordable rent and quick repairs. Maintenance guys are all friendly and professional, and they have consistent pest control. Can pay rent online. If youre in a studio and want to upgrade to a one bedroom, they always give tenants priority over potential tenants.

Affordable apartments with fast responsiveness to apartment issues. Workers are friendly, well equipped, and willing to teach you what is going on (just have to speak some Spanish, it goes a long way).
