My experience with prosper has been absolutely perfect. They are excellent with communication. Every part of the rental process is efficient. They promptly respond to any maintenance requests. They are friendly, fair, and reasonable people. I was a tenant of theirs for a few years and from the first day I moved in until the day I moved out I did not have one thing to complain about. They truly made moving/renting a less stressful and simpler process. They deserve your business and I would not think twice about renting with them again. Erika and Yelena were particularly great and the main points of contact.

Erika and Yelena are the two people we have been in contact with and have been absolutely amazing! I rented from Prosper Property Management for a couple of years and have no complaints. They always promptly helped me and were happy to do so. Maintenance was never an issue and the maintenance team has always been very friendly, quick, and helpful. Erica at Prosper Property Management was a pleasure to rent with and she is a top tier Property Manager 5+ . Anyone looking to rent through a caring, proactive, and fair property management I HIGHLY recommend them. Erica always made sure to communicate and respond to me as soon as possible. I felt Safe living in a place where I was cared for and heard if any issues arose. It was a pleasure living in a place that was always clean and safe around the perimeter. They made sure to frequently pressure wash and the landscape was always done. My son really enjoyed playing in the backyard and whenever we had any maintenance request, best believe they were on it as soon as possible. Erica also made it so easy to maneuver the online portal and when I needed to do anything she would be sure to send me a link and send me gentle reminders. I also loved that when I moved in they gave me a welcome basket, thank you guys. If I could rent through prosper property forever ,I am comfortable to say, I would. Best Property Management in town! (:When I moved in the apartment it was clean and you could tell they cared for the next tenants home. I have so many positive things to say, you are blessed if you rent with them.

Cost of rental is pricey considering location and size of unit. However, when it comes to communication with management for maintenance needs, it is done promptly. Erica which was our main point of contact is a great manager in addressing any concerns or complaints brought to her attention. Despite pricing, would rent again and would only leave if it becomes unreasonably expensive and customer service goes down.

My husband and I have had such a great experience renting from this company. We moved in a little over three years ago to one of their apartments and then when we decided it was time to upgrade to something larger for us, they kindly found us a new home that fit our family a little better without any hassle under their management. Anytime there has been any maintenance issues, they were immediately on top of fixing everything. They respect privacy and have been able to work with us when things were tough. We have zero complaints and would highly recommend their management team to anyone looking for a place. I know this sounds like a paid review but I promise it isnt 😂

Nice fenced in area plenty of space for any size RV. We have a 38ft motorhome class A and still had plenty of space for BBQ and outdoor furniture. Have a storage shed with electricity and washer/dryer was a major plus. Moved out only because I’m retiring and our motor home was going to be in the shop for weeks. Also, wanted a new scenery. The maintenance team and Erika were always quick to respond to my residential needs. Thank you Proper Team for making your lot feel like our home! 🫶🏼

The move in process with Prosper was amazing! We recently came from Puyallup to the University Place area and found one of their listings online and just had to apply! There was someone who applied before we did but it ended up working out in our favor and we got the rental house! The property is beautiful and well maintained. Erika and the rest of the management staff were amazing to deal with through this process! They shared the same excitement that we did moving in, they gave us a welcome basket and have checked in with us these first few weeks making sure everything is going well! The office ladies are incredible to work with!

If you don’t like big apartment complexes this is for you. This place has been awesome. Any maintenance problem you have they fix it within the next day. Very quick responses from both maintenance and management! Management team is very kind and caring about their residence. They listen and do make a good effort to problem solve. My girlfriend and I loved the apartment layout and felt very safe and secure here we are going to miss it! :)

Prosper properties is a great company to rent from so far, i have rented from them for a couple months but my experience and interactions thus far have been have been great! Everyone I have dealt with Erika, Dean,Yelena have been prompt with communication and willingness to accommodate. Application process was seemless other than minor bump, but was dealt with immediately. Everyone that I have dealt with are great! I would definitely recommend.

After debris gathered in our gutters I requested cleaning but the individual dis dispose of the debris properly. I contacted PPM and they responded within a few minutes. They had the situation resolved the next and here is the response I sent to PPM.Please pass on to Juan our appreciation for all he did at our rental. He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he take care of the debris left behind he also cleaned the yard up so well. We do appreciate his efforts so much. And thank you for addressing the issue promptly. Ive been meaning to leave you guys a good review for a while now - you definitely deserve 5 stars.We are in our third year of renting a duplex and so far our experience has been really good. This is my first time renting in the US and I have heard so many horror stories about renting. Prosper Property is nothing like those horror stories, they are super friendly and helpful, respond fast to maintenance requests (we have only had minor issues, for example a broken built-in microwave) and we have even gotten a courtesy text when we forgot to pay rent instead of a late payment fee!I feel like we are in good hands and could not be happier here.We love our rented home :)From Ingrid in Puyallup

Really quick and great service. Got into a home with their agency without any hassle. They are very understanding and work with your schedule all the way till you decision is made. Rodika is part of prosper property management and she was was great helping me get into my home. She even gave me a gift basket to help start me off. We lived here for a short period of time but it was during the heat of COVID so we got to see a lot. The place we had was amazing, great floors, sound, lighting, cleanliness, and quality of work in general. We had all that we needed. The staff are also super super accommodating for any occasional you may have whether it’s help with something, changing something, or even due fees. They are super fast to respond and literally do everything they can to to help you. Will really miss our first home with them!

I had to move to Germany, so I decided to rent it out while I was gone. I will admit that at first I was hesitant because Ive never rented a house before... much less from that far away. Ive heard horror stories of property managers not taking care of the places like they should, but I wasnt ready to sell my home.I took a leap of faith and hired them. They showed interest and professionalism from the beginning. Did everything they needed to do and advertised the house when needed. I must also mention that they advised me every step of the way and in every decision I had to make. I always felt like they were acting in my best interest and at no point they showed like my business mattered less than other customers.My last tenant was a friend of mine. I did ask at one point if she was happy with Prosper as the POC, and she had nothing to say but good things about them. They were helpful to her and very patient.I had to sell my home after three years, but I dont think I could be happier with the services they provided, which in turn gave me a peace of mind. Linda saved my family and helped us get into a home quickly! We fell in love with one of the homes listed and she helped make sure we got it and we couldn’t be happier to have her as our property manager! She also greeted us with a welcome home basket which was honestly the cutest thing. As soon as we pull into our driveway we get the biggest smiles on our faces because we are so happy to be home. Linda is professional while still being personable, and she truly made us feel welcomed and as though she cared about us! We would love to do something special for her, she deserves it!
