I have three properties in the Houston area. As an out of town landlord, I found that my property management company did not do what for what we paid. We found ourselves with three properties in disarray. Sherry was recommended to us by our real estate agent. The day we reached out to Sherry, she went to all of our properties and sent several pictures so that we could truly understand the true state of our properties. Needless to say we fired our property management company.Sherry, took over the properties and helped us find contractors who could restore our properties. The houses had fallen in such disarray that we had air conditioners, plumbing and electrical. Issues. Financially it was a hard pill to swallow. Sherry helped us whether the storm as we were being hit with multiple expenses. She was strong but gentle in her guidance through this difficult process. Our properties now cashflow. In addition, we have gone through storm in Houston that caused damage. Sherry did not delay in getting our properties repaired.Sherry in honest and will not shy away from difficult conversations that will protect you and your asset. She is professional and extremely responsive. Owner portal is always up-to-date and easy to understand. Sherry Lemons has been an invaluable resource and trustworthy property manager during my many years working with her. I live out of state and acquired two properties through inheritance that I did not have the ability, not being local, to handle. Sherry renovated both units tastefully and affordably and had them both rented out for the duration that I owned them. She is responsive, honest, and friendly-- all things I especially value being out of state. Despite the fact that our face to face time was minimal in the years we worked together, she built a relationship with me that felt both professional and personal. Ive just now sold both units, so my professional relationship with ProSolutions Property Management is coming to a close, but I feel lucky and grateful that Sherry Lemons and ProSolutions Property Management shepherded me through being a landlord and made it feel effortless.
