Elisha is amazing. She really cares about her tenants. Ive been renting from property search for almost 6 years and have never had any issues with getting repairs completed. Very kind and compassionate about her tenants and properties. Highly recommend

Elisha Bomar was my landlord for 5 years! She met me when I was 19 and was very patient and kind as I was learning to navigate living on my own for the first time and everything that comes with being 19. I left my last property search home at 25 and was so grateful for the time I spent living in her property. Thank you for being such a caring and considerate landlord, Elisha! We will never forget everything you did for us!

We have lived in our current house for 7 years now and we have loved every minute of it. So sad our lease is up in February and the owners decided to raise the rent to too high of a price for us to afford(with no fault of property search). Besides that, we love Elisha with property search, she has done nothing but shown that she personally cares and will do what it takes to take care of us tenants. Would highly recommend if your looking to rent in Denton and looking for a company who actually cares about your family!

I’ve rented through Property Search for 2 years recently and for 7 years previously. The properties were both very good value for the location.Elisha is a no nonsense manager, if you do what you’re supposed to, she stays out of your business and let’s you get on with it. I’ve never had an issue getting repairs done in a timely manner.There have been times when my rent check arrived late and she never charged me a late fee, after I proved it was mailed on time. Over the years, she’s always been very reasonable and helpful.Read your lease and pay your rent on time. Pretty simple really.

Renewing my review. I have lived here over ten years and never had a problem. We recently had issues with the hot water and AC.Elisha was so prompted and personable about getting the issue fixed. It was all taken care of in a day.Love living here.

If you are looking for a rental property manager you can trust, then LOOK NO FURTHER. At first I was apprehensive after signing my first lease and detailing my initial walkthrough of the property, but Elisha put all of my uncertainties to rest almost instantaneously. I have noted at least a half dozen issues so far (by no fault of her own, but due to a more recent acquisition) and Elisha may be too busy to respond personally at times, but has always acted immediately and with a beyond professional sense of urgency to fix any and all issues, regardless of an issue that may seem relatively unimportant to some. Elisha runs Property Search with a definitive love, care and dedication that should serve as a phenomenal example to all other rental property managers.

Property Search Management has always been great & honest with me the entire 4 years I was in their rental home. I didnt care much for the rinky dink Maintenance Repair Man sent so we started handling that ourselves lol The property Management company are not the owners & they must get approval by actual owners for all repairs & upgrades. (People keep that in mind when you rate & deal with companies like this.) With that being said The ladies here do their best to keep tenants happy & are Excellent at their actual Job Titles. We are sad to leave yall & hope you have great future tenants.

I needed a place and Alisha(sp?) Worked quickly to get me approved. Pretty sure she worked on it through the weekend. I lived in an for 3 years. When Covid hit she reached out to make sure I was good. When my lease was up my needs had changed. She tried to work with me to get my into another place. They have a lot of properties but they stay rented or go quickly. She wasnt able to get me into another one due to them being rented. When I moved out she gave me the opportunity to fix things( broken blinds my fault). She gave me back my deposit which I was suprised by because landlords are known for finding problems so they can keep it.If you communicate with them and are a good tenant you shouldnt have an issue

Weve had property search as our landlords for 2 years. Weve never had any issues. If something was broken, or off.. there was someone there within 24 hours to take care of it. We had issues with mailing rent, they completely understood and didnt charge us late fees. They also give us the option to renew for shorter periods of time in regards to buying a house. I know that if we had an issue, theyd accommodate us the best they could.

Working on relocating to Texas from out of state. Elisha has been very Responsive and working with me to coordinate the timing of my move. She’s been extremely helpful with information, coordinating all the moving parts. She has made The facilitation of finding a place to live while relocating very easy.

Ive lived at a property managed by Property Search for 3 years. Ive never had any problems whatsoever.Recently our AC went out. Within a couple of hours a tech was at our house and had it fixed.I could go on and on about how above and beyond this company has gone for us. But youll just have to trust me and see for yourself.

Going on our 4th year at this property, three of which, I believe, have been managed by Property Search. I asked for one “major” gate repair and later part of the fence has been repaired, but this is my home so I don’t bother them with changing the a/c filters or replace the o-rings on leaky faucets or other minor issues. Read the other five star reviews, and that has been my experience as well.
