1/25 UPDATE: Scott retired and Misti took over his job, Thank God. She has been amazing, a real get-er-done pistol. Shes a very professional smart lady, always available, involved, fair, kind and reliable, just a good person!I would recommend her to anyone.My PAST review: I miss our old management company, it was excellent. Always available, kind and understanding, and responsive.Good management SHOULD listen to peoples concerns and address them, the goal being to find common ground, resolve issues, be available, take care of tenants, see that everyone, even HOA board folks are all follow the same rules, no exceptions, discrimination or bullying.And, work requests take months now with no follow up.This is not good management, Scott is highly emotional, unprofessional, defensive, abrasive, uncaring, inflexible and difficult to communicate with.He cant even structure a grammatically correct professional email likeHello Mr ---- , I understand your concerns.....it is more like an angry vomit of excuses with avoidance of actual concerns .Go back to college and take some courses in management and communication. You failed.

Property Management of Texas has always been extremely professional and helpful in my experience. I have dealt with PMT as a tenant for years and everyone there has been very kind and friendly. They have been responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable in a number of situations. If theres a problem they will work to find a solution. I greatly appreciate PMTs hard work.

Our AC went out and it was 95 wonderful degrees in our apartment. I had just moved in and didnt know who to call so we were waiting for the previous renter to contact them. It was 2 days way too long! I found the number to PMT myself and called them on the second day and told them how hot it has been and the lady on the phone was so concerned and made sure a maintenance person was there within the hour. We are now enjoying a nice 67 :)

My hot water heater broke and PMT had someone to take a fix it for me the next day. The maintenance guys were very polite, professional and wore masks. Im really happy that I can feel safe and have a nice, warm shower again :) I live in the west camus area and highly recommend services (old local business 31 years old!

PMT/John have been exceptionally professional, responsive and helpful. Having transitioned from a different property management company that was awfully terrible, it was a refreshing change to switch to PMT. Theyve been proactive, timely, communicative and reliable - everything Im looking for, from a property management company.

I dealt with Zephyr from PMT she has been absolutely a pleasure. Its nice to work with someone who knows whats going on,everything has went perfect. Smart attentive ,punctual, I trust her completely and would absolutely use PMT again and recommend them to my friends keep up the good work.

PMT is both a property management company and an HOA management company. They handle several student properties and the comments noted will reflect as such, which may be obvious based on verbiage, content and lack of responsibility. In regards to HOA management they are responsive and work within the budgetary restraints offered by ownership and HOA dues. I find them easy to contact and pleasant to communicate with. They manage contracts with landscape, pest control, waste and city services so owners do not have to.
