We have partnered with Jackie Bainbridge and her team to help our family manage a rental property in Aledo. We have had a perfect experience with them and could not be more pleased. Jackie has been very patient with all of our questions, is an excellent communicator and its obvious that her team is well connected in the area as she has a solution for every problem/issue weve encountered.

However, The process of meeting Jackie and doing a walk through was so easy and really professional and friendly! She drove an hour just to come give us a walk through and answer all our questions. I really love working with BRG on my rental properties. Over the years they have suggested several improvements to my homes. This has kept me up to date with trends and my tenants are very happy. I know I am getting the best rental prices for my homes and they are being well cared for. Finding the right tenant is hard, but BRG seems to do it right every time! Not only do they stay rented but they are inspected and maintenance is done with minimal damage to my pocketbook and also speedy for the tenants which is a plus..

My husband and I have had the best experience with Bainbridge! After selling our home, we have become first time renters. Jackie Bainbridge has made the whole process so easy and smooth! She has taken such good care of us and always met me wherever I was at. The tenant portal feature makes paying our monthly rent so easy, and we can find all we need there! I leased through BRGpproperties twice now and have had great experiences both times. Being a home owner that needs a rental between purchases, I know how hard maintaining a home can be. Any maintenance issue I had, they were on top of. Each time I called in, Jackie and her staff were kind and remembered me , my family and the layout of the property I rented. I would recommend them to lease from and would give them my home to manage in the future.

My husband and I just sold our home and had to move quickly to find a rental house to lease for a couple years until we were ready to buy again. Having never rented a house before, we were overwhelmed with all of the online scams. When we found Jackie at Bainbridge Realy Group (BRG), it was like a breath of fresh air! She met me at the property and was happy to answer all of my questions, and I asked a LOT! She was so incredibly kind and compassionate to my situation. There was no pressure at all to lease with this company. I let her know I had viewed a larger property before this one for the same price and would need to discuss options with my husband before I made any decisions.By the time I left the first viewing of the property, I felt like I had a very good rapport with Jackie. She was honest and knowledgeable. She obviously cares very much about what she does.We decided to lease through BRG and Jackie was with us through the entire process; every one of my crazy questions, fears, and axiety-riddled emails or phone calls.We finalized the lease last night and we cant wait to move in Sept 10, 2022! I have been using BRG for several years now and wished I would have changed management companies sooner. Very personable with me and my tenants. When I call someone always answers and responds to emails same day. The statements are easy to read and pictures are sent of my property regularly. I highly recommend BRG for management services and when purchasing your investment homes.
