Switching to Proper Hosting has been the best decision I’ve made for my property. I came from a big-box property management company, and the difference is night and day. Serita and her team are hands-on, responsive, and truly care about every detail. I finally feel like my property is being managed with the attention it deserves.Serita literally takes care of everything—cleaning, maintenance, guest communication, you name it. I don’t have to stress or worry about anything anymore. For the first time, I can actually relax and just enjoy the steady paychecks.If you’re tired of being just another number with a large management company, Proper Hosting is a breath of fresh air. After sharing my situation, she was incredibly honest and told me that I probably didn’t need full-time management. Instead, she suggested that I might just need someone like a cleaner to handle the extra tasks, since I manage most parts of my listing myself.Rather than trying to sell me on services I didn’t need, Serita gave me great advice and referrals to help me find the right people for the job. Her honesty and integrity really stood out to me. If I ever decide to step back and hire full-time property management, Serita and Proper Hosting will be my first call.

The Best Property Manager in Austin, TX! Serita is trustworthy and really puts her owners needs as her top priority. She wants her property owners to be well taken care of as well as the guests who stay at each short term rental. She manages the best team in Austin that handles guest messaging, turnover cleaning, emergency repairs, maintence and anything you can think of. In addiiton, she knows the best supplies etc to be put into each short term rental, taking a big lift off the property owners shoulders. She is honest and I highly recommend.

We had an amazing time staying in a gorgeous house in North Austin. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, the team at Proper Hosting went out of their way to recommend fun locations, events, and great restaurants that we really enjoyed.
