Bill Bird was a breath of fresh air in what always seems to be a hectic situation- moving into a new home. From the introduction email for the move in orientation Bill was very informative and attentive. We reached out a couple days before the scheduled date and he was able to fit us in for an earlier date and time to accommodate movers. During the actual call you could feel his smile thru the phone while informing us and answering all of our questions regarding the move in process and other need to know details. Since we have to leave a star, I guess I will leave one, but if I could leave zero I definitely would before you even consider looking at their properties. Read this review do not rent from this company. They swindled me out of $5600 during the application process, and I never got to move into the home I’m still fighting to get my money back and get a response from their team. They basically left me without a place to stay after charging me for a deposit twice along with the rent and turning around and placing blame on me, not their employees for this issue. They also allowed me to view a home pay a deposit on it hours later they tell me they don’t own the home. This is the most sketchy company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.Update 12/31/2024After multiple attempts to contacts someone one, I was finally able to get in contact with the co president Harish Who responded immediately by Monday, December 30 I receive multiple calls from the leadership team apologizing for the issue as well as they worked to rectify the issue and it has now been resolved. I appreciate those of you within the leadership team that took the time to make sure this issue was resolved thank you.Special shout out to Bill Bird who did my new hire orientation. He also brought light to the issues that I was having during the moving process to his leadership team. He was by far the most knowledgeable person that I spoke with from this company along with the most professional person.

I appreciate all the ladies who helped me with this process. I would recommend them to anyone.Had to do an update.So I experienced an unexpected hardship and was unable to make my January payment. Long story short I was sent an eviction note and was very stressed about not only having to move but potentially having an eviction reported on my credit. Thanks to Sharon T. I was able to pay the back rent and she worked her magic to waive some fees for me. When I tell you their employees are some of the best Ive ever worked with I am NOT joking. Not a single person I talked to during this situation ever made me feel less than human and that alone is how you provide great customer service. Sharon T. words truly cant express my gratitude!!!

Move in process was super easy. They do have that down to a T. Bill was awesome with the information, and everyone has been super kind in calls. Rating their move in... EASY 5 Stars. I am not new to renting ( especially from Property Management Companies) I see a ton of reviews about how they take your deposit on charges... it is renting. If you put a hole in the wall, they are going to charge you for the whole wall to be painted. So far, I am pretty happy. They got me in to a home quickly, when I was in a jam. Thanks so much.

Ive been living here for a couple months and its been great so far.Move in was quick and easy, everything was explained perfectly from rent to how to work our smart home.Maintenance is done in a timely order, when a timeslot didnt work for me they gladly changed it no hassle.The only thing I have to say is the pet fee is pretty high, but its manageable. Were loving the place so far, even has some nice neighbors!

It is in black and white that they will keep all this money and cancel your application if all requirements are not met within 12 days of application. I got great service this morning, but Im alarmed and disapointed that 7 day turn around is the norm for this type of company. Non-negotiable smart home features are not features I want or respect, but this is not an optional part of the lease.Notice that this company merely operates the leases for another property holder & that property holder is buing all the homes that come up. These arent good rates and almost every home we viewed in person before this one had either some mold / moisture issues or had been ulawfully occupied.

No matter how frustrated I got she was there to help and never got upset with me with all the questions I had. Progress she is about the only amazing thing going for yall!

Disclaimer: We havent yet moved in yet. Look, Im no spring chicken, so Ive been through the leasing process a time or dozen. This is -- by far -- the most efficient path to a new home Ive had. We found the house 7pm Saturday night, took a tour right then, and within 24 hours, we had a signed lease and a move-in orientation was scheduled. Tammy Thomas has been wonderful to work with. I wanted to change the move-in date. 30 minutes later, I had a new lease to sign. I questioned her on the close sheet math, and we sat and talked through it (I was wrong, cant math). Every email is answered quickly and thoroughly. Every phone call is answered immediately. Were moving soon, and if things go awry, Ill update this review. I just have a pretty solid feeling I wont have to and the 5 stars will stand.

I was experiencing issues with my AC. Humberto came and was extremely thorough during his AC inspection, went above and beyond to check every aspect of the unit and make sure to get to the core of the issue: we had a clogged conductor, so he did an incredible job taking it apart, cleaning it thoroughly and then putting the unit back together. Overall he was very professional and friendly delivering excellent service.
