    Ive a great experience with Progress Residential! The application and move-in process were smooth and hassle-free. While I do miss the option to connect with someone in person, I understand that things are increasingly digital these days. That said, Progress did an excellent job of making everything as straightforward as possible. So far, Im very happy with my choice and would gladly lease from them again. Since Im still new to the rental, I havent had a chance to interact with their maintenance team yet, but everything else has been seamless so far!

    Alex and Frank have been a blessing! Our AC went out on a Saturday and Alex came out today, but because of warranty and needing the other company to get the part we still didn’t have a working AC. Alex was kind enough to come all the way back from Georgetown at 7pm to bring us two portable ACs which is already working wonders! Thank you so much guys!

    While no management company is perfect, I have been pretty satisfied by Progress Residentials customer care team and Alex Martinez, the service technician. What I do like about these people is that they do make me feel that they genuinely care about their tenants dilemmas. Specifically, Alex Martinez was very responsive and patient in answering my questions about when and how my sons AC will be fixed. Their service would even be superior if the steps involved in getting the AC fixed (such as a 3rd party vendor is involved in fixing the AC) would be clearly communicated to the tenants. Overall, we are very grateful that Alex could deliver some portable AC units when the central AC was broken. Keep up the responsiveness and the care youve shown to your tenants; communicate clearly the steps involved in solving any maintenance problems so that the tenants can have the proper expectations, then youll likely to retain your tenants when its time for them to renew their lease.

    Noslen Cabrera has been phenomenal with all the work he’s done for me and the place I’ve stayed at for the past couple of years. If I could rate more than five stars I would. Always nice, hard working, and always produces quality work with any maintenance or repairs on the house.

    Had a great experience from the very beginning! From scheduling to look at homes to applying and getting the keys. Kim Callaway was so helpful along the journey and answered all my questions; she was just a phone call or email away! And of course I have to mention Alex! He was so professional and communicated everything that was happening with our maintenance request. Both of them made this journey so smooth and wonderful! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

    Alex Martinez has been an absolutely angel. I just moved in and had a couple small issues. Alex came and helped both times.He was so professional, friendly, and kind. As a woman who was alone both times when Alex arrived, he made me feel very safe. He also fixed my issues in less than 20 mins, and gave me some great education on my plumbing system and fireplace.We’re lucky to have Alex as a maintenance person for our home. Thank you Alex!!!

    I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant to get involved with Progress Residential at first, given the variety of reviews I had come across. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the entire process to be incredibly smooth and professional.There was quite a bit of information to navigate, but thanks to the guidance of Zeinab, everything was made very clear. She offered us some wonderfully helpful tips and provided us with outstanding customer service throughout.The property itself has been great as well. My partner and I moved in back in April, and so far I have nothing but praises to sing. Im glad I decided to give Progress Residential a chance - theyve exceeded my expectations, and I would certainly recommend their services to others.

    We had an emergency the other night where our AC unit stopped working suddenly. Alex Martinez came to our home after hours and got our AC unit running very quickly and painless, so that my wife and 2 year old could sleep comfortably. Wonderful help from this technician

    This is strictly for Alex Martinez. The whole entire time we have been in this house, Alex has been the go-to guy when it comes to fixing the issues in our house. This stems from fixing our water heater, A/C unit, dishwasher, garage, and fences. He never shows up without a smile when it comes to answering our service requests. I really hope he gets what he deserves because he makes this company look amazing. You all need more technicians like Alex and maybe move Alex up so he can supervise those technicians. I feel that if there are more people like him working for yall, people would not have issues renting a house through Progress Residential.     I am a resident of the Oklahoma property that Progress Residential currently owns and if it wasnt for Heike S. I would have found another place to stay!     Our experience with Heike and the Progress team has been great! Considering that timing is always of the essence when finding a new home, we were pleased and relieved when we were able to tour, select, apply, and be approved for our home all within one week!     The experience of renting a home has been quick and easy. The first day I found the rental online and made an inquiry about pet rules. They immediately reached out with more information and recommended I view the place in person before applying. Through an, albeit sort of reliable remote verification process I was able to tour the home. Within two days after submitting an application I was approved and given a date to pick up the keys. Kim, my point of contact, was incredible about answering any questions and giving me the necessary information to move in. My roomate and I truly look forward to our stay at this home and its thanks to Progress Residential!

    Great move in experience! Kim C. was fantastic and worked with us to have an absolutely seamless move-in. We had a tiny issue that needed to be fixed in the house (garbage disposal) and Noslen came out so quickly and got it fixed. We are so happy to have rented with Progress!

    I have been with Progress residential now for 2 years I love it here better than apartments and affordable just had maintenance Noslen C. come and fix a water pressure issue in the new build single family dwelling I am currently renting and living in he was very prompt and respectful. Neighborhoods I have lived in so far have always been quiet and comfortable would definitely recommend if you are looking to rent with a management company you choose progress I plan on remaining here until I buy my own home.

He has went above and beyond all measures to insure things are up to par in our new home. His response time is very quick and might I add his work is awesome.     Alex Martinez really went above and beyond. I called maintenance for some issues that I was having. Not only did he fix my issues but he checked other things related to my issues (that may have become a problem in the future) to make sure everything was in order and fixed anything he found there as well!     Progress home rental is ok in my book! Easy process but customer service does take a while to respond. But I cant say that about our home adviser Kim Callaway here in Austin Texas! She gets back to us quickly with answers to minor problems we have faced and even checked on the home while we were traveling from the east coast. Shes there when you need her and its truly appreciated.

    As with any move, there were definitely some hiccups and bumps along the way, but from the beginning Heike Simmons was super helpful.My wife and I came to see one of the houses to rent and Ms Simmons gave us a call to help us find exactly what we were looking for in our price range.Once we were moved in, she helped us contact the builder to adjust our HVAC system.Shes just been super pleasant and helpful through the entire process.

    I had a work order serviced by Noslen, I already sent in an email singing his praises. In 105 he spent time troubleshooting my AC that many service people would have spent driving to the next job after telling me tough luck. I struggle justifying to pay Progress Residential the premium you charge on rent, and guys like Noslen are on the short list of why I’m still in a Progress home. He’s an asset to your maintenance dept and great with residents. If a local HVAC company doesn’t poach him for $50/hr count yourselves lucky!

    Ms. Kim Callaway is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Resident Relations Specialist EVER !!! Progress Residential made a great selection by having her on their team.Ms. Callaway was always available from start to finish throughout my entire move-in process. What I like most is the open line of communication and if I ever needed anything she was very accommodating and answered all my concerns. She made sure the home was beyond move-in ready and gave great details of what was required from me prior to the move-in orientation.Although, I like the home, it’s new, clean and so far everything is operational, but I LOVE having Ms. Callaway as my Resident Specialist. I’m a very business oriented and organized individual when it comes to handling important affairs. I was skeptical about this being a scam and leery about moving forward with Progress Residential due to some of their reviews. She kindly explained the importance of reading the leasing agreement and Progress Residential rules and policies and I should not have any issues with my leasing experience.I had my security system delivered to the new home but was unavailable to retrieve the package myself due to being at work. Ms. Callaway was in the area tending to other homes as well as mine and made sure she placed my package inside the home for me.So far so good. Thank you Ms. Callaway !!!

    Just wanting to say thank you soooooo much to Zeinab with Progress she was and has been absolutely amazing. The process was not a great experience (read below) but once I was able to talk to Zeinab it became much easier. She answered all of my questions and help my move go smoothly. I dont know if you can request anyone but I would most definitely recommend requesting Zeinab she gets 5 ⭐️.Trying to talk to someone on the phone is very stressful because youll keep getting transferred. Now lets tall about these fees!!!!!! Its unreal. They have a fee for everything and I do mean everything. Even after moving in its a fee to pay rent that I didnt know about. Im not talking a couple of bucks like everyone else. The home is great and again Zeinab is great. But Do your research before hand.
