    I love this place, I feel excited with my family to live here. The rooms are spacious, everything is as it should be, it always looks clean and tidy, they give quick solutions to service requests. The treatment is special, the people who work here give you special treatment. I was attended by Miss Samantha and she was special, attentive, kind, she helped me with the whole process to be able to rent. This is the ideal place to be with your family, feel at home, I love it and I recommend it 100% 🩷

    I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. The manager, and the maintenance crew are very professional, and are fast at resolving issues (usually same day, or next day). Also, the apartments are large, and parking for either residents, or guests, has not been an issue like in other complexes I’ve lived in. The covered parking is affordable, and they have made some progress in upgrades, since it is an older building, and they keep the grounds clean.

    Ive been at this property for 7 years and Ive continued to enjoy my time here. Staff has always been accommodating with every issue Ive brought to them. Maintenance reports are addressed right away. Rent is affordable for its location and it is convenient to every major highway. The only issue I have is that the water in the kitchen sink takes awhile to get hot and the water in the bathroom sinks only get hot after I turn on the shower.

    I’m a little late, but I thought I’d leave a review and share my experience. I lived here for a good amount of time. As I lived here I did have a few problems, but nothing major that’s really worth mentioning. There was only one time I can say I was dissatisfied because I had a neighbor one time who was extremely grumpy. If I had my TV on too loud, she would call the complex and complain. The apartment complex would side with her even though my music was not causing a disturbance to a reasonable person. I didn’t deal with that for too long though so at least there’s that. Besides that, I had a wonderful stay. Neighborhood is nice and they were very attentive with work orders.

    Ive lived here for over a year and while I sometimes have very small hiccups with my stay, they are almost always handled in a timely manner by either office or maintenance staff.The office staff has always been incredibly helpful and make me feel comfortable and welcome when I stop by or have questions. If the office staff are unsure or cant handle something then the property manager (Misty) can and WILL. Just like her employees, she is very responsive, incredibly nice, and she has worked with me and treated me as of we were old friends as opposed to just another resident.The maintenance staff is also top notch. I feel incredibly safe with letting them enter my home and do what they do. An explanation for all fixes have always been provided in great detail and if Ive had any questions or problems with a solution, action is taken. On top of their service, the maintenance staff are also really easy to get along with. Having casual conversations with them while they work sometimes feels more like Im entertaining house guests as opposed to watching someone fix something.My experience here has been perfect and while that may not be the same for everyone, I have no problem saying that I love it here.

    Maintenance is quick to do repairs and even to do extras like getting the ring back that I accidentally dropped down the drain. Management is responsive and proactive to make a community that feels like home. Its very pet friendly. Theres even a pet spa for our dog right here on site! The location cant be beat for convenience, yet its a safe oasis in the bustling city. Weve lived here for more than a decade on purpose.

    Samantha is amazing. I wait3d last minute to make a decision. and beingvthevleastvtech save person in the world. Samanthas was able to get me into my apartment when I needed it and was Allentown keep my cable/ internet appointment. When I moved in I had no issues with my apartment. Ive been really happy with my choice so far.

    My personal experience living at Preston Villas for the last few years have been great! The location of the apartments is very peaceful and clean.     I have been a resident for about 23 years and I sincerely have enjoyed my stay. It is a quiet, clean and comforting property. Maricela and Misty have been nothing, but helpful and great to me. I appreciate the little things such as available coffee every morning and donuts from time to time. Overall, I highly recommend Preston Villas!

    Awesome location to Plano and Dallas. Relatively quiet considering it’s right off a busy street. Staff is friendly and polite. The apartment itself is clean, renovated, and spacious. Great price for the location and size.

    I absolutely love living here at Preston Villas! I’ve been here a month but absolutely love it here! My application process was perfect. I had the pleasure of working with Olivia who is no longer with the property, but she was amazing & made the process so smooth! Getting my apartment keys the day of my move in literally took 3 minutes of my time! I was in & out! The neighbors mind their own business, there is always available parking, no noise( literally not even a dog bark)! The property is so nice, clean, & well kept! Plenty of restaurants, post office, schools in walking distance. I love the area!!!!

    I have been very happy with my move into these apartments. They are spacious and comfortable, the process was fairly easy, and I feel safe and comfortable in the complex. My neighbors are all very nice and welcoming as well!

    Apartments are very roomy and clean no dang roaches, fleas & rats like where I lived before at the Sophia Apts. And kitchen area is big, and they have a vanity area separated from the bathroom with its own sink...love it! Large Patio and the only issue I had was the maintenance people stained my new patio furniture when they power washed the walls which I think they shouldve done before tenants move-in....Other than that I love it my new apartment.

    Its been a month since I moved to this Preston Villas Apartment complex. So far I just love my new apartment. The apartment is very spacious. The leasing office representatives are really nice. I found them really warm and friendly. During the snow storm in the middle of February, while most of us lost power and water supply I found the leasing office was very proactive to support the tenants as much as they can. Special thanks to Olivia for working with me and helping me find a new apartment at Preston Villas.

    Misty was wonderful. Although there was a small mishap in the move in process, overall the team is nice, as is the property. Well-kept, friendly neighbors, nice pool. No complaints. Happy with my choice.

    My experience at Preston Villas has been very good. Efrain is always very detailed in how he approaches a problem in my apartment unit. I cannot express my profound appreciation for him being on the job and taking care with getting me settled and comfortable.And, if you are talking about Preston Villas, you cant leave out Ere. She is the front end, with Misty, and personally manages what is happening at the property. She stays right on top of everything, and always has a smile on her face, and is typically wearing her favorite color, black.I thank them for caring about the residents at Preston Villas Apartments.James RosenbergNo. 124

    This is a nice place to live. When something needs to be taken care of, they (office/maintenance) take care of the problem in a reasonable time period. People on the end we live on pretty much stay to our selves. We greet each other but thats all Ive seen.

    I recommend Preston villas! I had a positive experience here. The apartment was spacious and I felt very comfortable. My building was quiet and I felt safe. The neighborhood is nice and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The location is great. Close to restaurants, grocery, easy access to George Bush turnpike. It’s a great place.

    I am staining in Preston villas apartment no 286 , and i have very pleasant say , i am very happy with the term i am very much satisficed with the service offered . I extended my stay two times Very happy to stay with Preston Villas. Very good service and very well maintained. Very good staff.

    This apartment is fantastic. My husband and I found it after touring and being disappointed by so many. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and well maintained. It’s a fair price and lots of space. I love it here! it is older and the walls are very thin, but it is not a big problem, just want to be truthful!

    Maintenance is the true hero during the ice storms! Our crew worked tirelessly the entire time the city was shut down due to power outages, water pipes exploding & treacherous road conditions. Preston Villas maintained electricity as far as we were concerned & luckily no water issues on our side. I am sure the crew dealt w/others as fast as possible to keep residents safe & maintained. Meanwhile, they also found time to shovel our side walks, along w/salt so we could walk safely. I joked w/the office that I was just as happy to stay under blankets & not go out but in all seriousness: when I did go out I was impressed with their diligence. Thank you to the maintenance crew who asked to not be named but were gracious when I praised them personally.

    5 stars ,the apartments are clean.Have plenty of room and management is very nice.Maricela helped me through the whole process she explained everything i needed.Overall she made the move in process very simple and she was very sweet.

    Been here for 3 years and never have I had a bad experience. Claudia has always been courteous and knows me by name. If I have a maintenance issue, Lenny or David is usually at my apartment in a few hours. Yeah, the place is outdated, but for the location and rent, you cant beat living here. They do update with linoleum floors that look like wood flooring. They also update the kitchen appliances. Only issue Ive had is with the neighborhood kids being rowdy, but thats just about anywhere.

My apartment is still adorable, the entire staff is super cool & really helpful when you need them, & tbh - i wouldnt want to live anywhere else. Also, the little bunnies & squirrels that live on the grounds are cute af. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I moved from Houston. The office staff was amazing because I didnt have to be in town to arrange the move. The 1bedrm is huge. I was happily surprised by how nice it was. Neighbors are super nice. Great neighborhood to walk in and everything is nearby.

    Preston Villa is not only a great place to live it also has an awesome office staff and maintenance is on point they have fixed any issues Ive had in a timely manner work orders are taken care of in a day or 2 at least for me and Ive been here over a year and plan on staying a lot longer thank you Preston Villa for making me feel right at home
