    My recent experience here was incredible. The staff and leasing manager were amazing and so helpful. I took my mom here to look at the property. All of my questions were answered and felt secure enough to lease an apartment in this property and neighborhood. I was assured that my mothers need would be addressed in a timely manner and a well cleaned environment.

    So far my experience with moving in and my contact with both leasing ladies (Dejanira and can’t remember the other lady) have been exceptional. They have been very supportive and the prices for the apartments definitely give you a good bang for your buck. Area is quiet, however, I wouldn’t park outside the complex if you don’t have to.

    Gracie is the best Very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Id been apartment hunting and was mainly thrown off by the staff. Most of them dont speak when you enter, or if they do speak its four or five staff members walking around and only one of them does new leasing. So to walk in a d Gracie was so inviting that was right on point. Community is very well maintained. I feel right at homeThank you Gracie.

    There’s not enough praise I can give to Gracie, the manager!! She has been such a great help in getting us set to move to Preston Oaks apts. She’s been patient and diligent in helping us in every way possible and always doing it with a smile! Her assistant has also been amazing and always so soo nice!     Posting this review on behalf of Ms. Esther who has been a resident of this property for 25 years. Zerata is a wonderful property manager. She always has a smile and is willing to help the residents and always takes care of issues/ problems. Gracie, the assistant manager is an adorable person and always listens and tries to help me. The maintenance team of Vernon and Greg, are the number #1 team and are excellent at going above beyond to help me and other residents. They truly care about us and the property and are always there to help and quickly respond.

    Amazingggg, they get things done. Everytime I have an issue they fix it immediately. Any concern I have GRACIE is always there and never hesitant to answer any of my questions. Going on my third time renewing my lease and I love it here. I wish that one day I wouldn’t have to leave here to find my dream home but one day I do but until then the community is nice, safe and clean. Thank you for a third upcoming year with little to no hassle. 🫶🏽🫶🏽

    I have been living her for a 1yr now and I have enjoyed my stay here. The new management crew that we have is AMAZING. The maintenance crew is friendly and always speak to you and have a smile on their faces when I see them. Its quiet and peaceful here, I just renewed my lease so very happy with the overall property.

    The Maintenance here is really good. It doesn’t take them long to answer service calls. They are also really good at keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. Office personnel are very polite. Nice quite place to live

    Preston Oaks is the place to be!!I have lived here 4 years and have received nothing but courteous service from the manager,The maintenance crew is top notch. The property is well kept, and I feel very safe. The maintenance supervisor Greg is always prompt in request that are made.

The people who working in the apartment complex including the maintenance people are good on customer service delivery and so cooperative . In security purpose so fare I never heared any problem on my self and within my neighbors , I wish and hoped it is stay securied for features .thank you for considering me

    My lease is coming to an end here and I’m so emotional leaving this place behind. The staff/MGMT here really feels like family and the neighbors are so kind. Repairs/problems are quick to be resolved and communication was always A+. They care. Very family friendly and the trees/nature surrounding the property really gave me that peace I needed. This apartment complex is always clean and rules have always been fair with news always being updated/shared. I hold so much love for this apartment complex as it was my first “adult” move haha. I grew so much as a young woman here in my professional work and personal life. So many great memories and it all ties back to feeling at home here. When I first applied the management heard me out and understood that I was a single young woman just wanting to take that first step in life. So grateful and nothing but beautiful harmonious things. Apartment wise it was very spacious my unit was cheaper so the appliances were outdated but the biggest thing- NO BUGS!!! Lol I’m not a bug person at all. I loved seeing the random squirrels here and the sunlight every morning. A big beautiful tree greeted me every morning as well when I would step out of my door. Busy street outside of the complex but Preston oaks is located on a quiet street behind the “chaos” and the trees bring you in. Not to mention AMAZING restaurants and shops around the corner. Thank you Preston Oaks 💖 always and forever in my heart 🏡

    I’ve lived here 8 years and I have not had any issues. My building is quiet and my neighbors are very respectful. Management have changed a few times over the years, but from my experience they have always been helpful and friendly. The apartments are great location close to grocery stores and entertainment.

    I lived here from 1991 to 1993. My experience was very pleasant. Loved my 2 bedroom one bath unit. Never had any parking issues. I was very fortunate that the neighbor across from me was also a single female working nights at Parkview and we kept an eye on each. The lady below me was retired and very quiet.But the reviews I have read most recently are heart breaking. I loved living here. But it seems and I was told you are renting to too many people per unit. My girlfriend across from me told me 9 people were moved into my apartment after I moved to the larger 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with my boyfriend. Kids blocking your steps??? Towing renters cars, really??? Break-ins??? This WAS a lovely place to live. My elderly mother and her best friend visited me and my mother loved it!! I guess I was fortunate with the unit and the location I selected.

    The standards are set high here. Dejanira is by far the most professional and sweet assistant in the property. She answered all my questions. You can tell the difference from other communities in the area the moment you walk in. Visit the community and ask for her you will not regret it!!!

    I have been living here for almost 6 months and have never had any issues or bad experiences. The office staff have always been friendly with me and very prompt with my maintenance requests. The only thing that is somewhat annoying is the visitor parking situation. It is very limited, and makes it hard to have guests over. Other than that, I love it here.

    I love the apartments, the staff is great. Parking is typically not an issue and they always have the trash empty. I rarely see a full dumpster.

I start with open honesty, because had it not been for Maria and the Preston oaks staff, Navigating this year with a stable living would all but fail. T hey respond to request soon as possible, always available in the office to be spoken with. GENUNIUE, PEOPLE DO YOU HEAR ME!!! Take time to consider.

    I want to say THANK YOU to the staff at Preston Oaks Apartment Homes. From the ladies at the office to the 3 amazing and hard working maintenance crew. They have been working non stop since this recent freeze (2/15). The maintenance crew have been working around the clock (past 11pm last night 2/19) in frigid temperatures to make sure that all the leaks, broken pipes and other issues are being taken care of. Your hard work and long hours do not go unnoticed. They are doing the best they can to handle ALL OF OUR issues, even when they too are going through what were going through ourselves. Thank you, Maria, Consuelo, Greg, Max and Vernon.

    We were looking for an apartment, we arrived in November but they told us that we had to wait until January and it seemed like a long time, the day arrived thanks to Alma Del Carpio What is the worker at Preston Oaks apartments, an excellent person, a beautiful character who took great care of us, we already have I recommend our apartment and ask for Alma, even her name says it. And we are here, thank God too.
