My experience with Preferred Properties has been really good thus far. Kathy does a great job as my property manager. She is always responsive & consistently stays on top of everything. Having her as a property manager makes being a landlord much easier. She handles everything efficiently such as managing repairs & maintenance request, sourcing tenants & updating my records. I appreciate her hard work keeping everything in order. If you are in the market for a property management team I would definitely recommend giving Prefered Properties a chance.

I have previously worked with this company and I will continue now that I am moving back! They are amazing!! Kathy helped me get into something affordable and my kids loved how nice everyone in the office was to them including Mr Tom the broker!

Hands down the most compassionate and understanding property management business in the Killeen area! They really take care of you and are very responsive should anything need taken care of!
