We had an amazing time at the house! Beautiful home. The TV in the master was broken but they came the next day and fixed it. The golf cart broke down and the had it fixed within an hour! Great experience!

What a great old town experience. Our month long staycation at the Oleander House was wonderful. This house is perfect for multi generation families. Lots of room and walkable to everything. We loved our stay. You can tell this house is loved by the owners. It felt like home. The management company was incredibly attentive. We will be back!

Great house! Perfect location, close to the beach and to restaurants nearby. The beds are very comfortable and love that they are all king size (except for the bunk room). The kitchen is completely outfitted for anything you want to cook or serve. Wonderful for a family get away!

We had a great stay in Pathway to the Sea #108! It is a cozy unit with a nice patio. The decor is so cute. It was really nice to have a starter set of k cups. We liked the Roku TV, so we could sign in to our streaming services we use at home. We rented a golf cart and used it to get back and forth to the beach. We loved watching the sunrise from the patio. We recommend to eat at Water Street Grill in Corpus plus Venetian Hot Plate and Lisabella’s in Aransas Pass. We enjoyed the TX State Aquarium and splash pad in Corpus Christi.

Really great house! We loved the private swimming and quiet neighborhood. just minutes drive to beach where we drove right up to the water and threw out tent & chairs. (port a beaches park and bring your things to the water) And Port Aransas apprx15min one way Corpus approx. 15min the other way made it easy to explore either places for food and activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Super convenient to walk to everything in old town Port A, the property was even better than described, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and with super comfortable beds. The highlights were being 2 mins from the beach, as well as the stunning pool, which felt like being at a 5 star resort. If youre looking for a relaxing Texas gulf coast get away, with great hosts and beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend, and hope to stay again and enjoy my morning coffee on that gorgeous deck.

We enjoyed our with Port A Beach Company. The townhome was clean with ample start up supplies and kitchen utensils. We had plenty of room for 8 people. The option for beach gear rental and a discounted golf cart was a major plus. Only negative and we managed was that we never received an accurate code for the pool (we still managed to swim ☺️). We would definitely stay again!

The house was the perfect location for us. Lovely set up - 2 rooms connected to full restrooms and the 3rd room had a full restroom as well. Super nice and lots of space. The backyard was perfect to cool off after the beach. Love the turf as well - beautiful backyard/patio set up.

Home was clean and ready - even was able to check in early (for a few). Appreciated the rental service delivering beach chairs. Small updates/repairs needed, but did not take away from experience. Unfortunately, a hurricane caused us to cut our vacation short - we would have enjoyed one more afternoon in the pool!

We had a great experience at the Ritz. Fit our two families comfortably. We love the location so close to the beach access road and just a few houses down from the pool. Village Walk is are go to. Will be back again.

The place was fantastic. Very clean and well kept.. the boogie boards left in the garage were used daily!! Only downfall was…..every night after all were in bed we kept having people come knock on our door and when we would go check no one was there… most likely kids pulling pranks.. still scared my kids though!

We had an average experience with the Wave on Wave condo. We arrived later in the evening and ALL of the codes they had given us to get in did not work. The front door, the garage and the wifi. It took us a while to get someone from the management company on the phone so ended up sitting outside, with our young children, for almost an hour before we were able to get inside. When the maintence guy did arrive he was extremely nice and helpful. The kitchen amenities left a lot to be desired. The only teflon pan that was there to use was in horrible shape so we bought a new one while we were there. And the ice maker made a awful, loud hammering sound that went off twice in the middle of the night (around 4 AM) that woke up all of our kids. The decor was cute and the place was clean but a little disappointed overall for the price.

Blue Fin House - with Pool TableOverall a good place. Kitchen is small but we were ok with that given the large bunk space for the kids. The bunk are is humid during the day but cools off at night. Kids loved the pool table which provided some entertainment during the heat of the day. Kids were comfortable enough but adults would probably not be happy back there. We slept 5 kids and 5 adults very comfortably. Could have put a few more kids in the bunk area if needed. 6 adults is about max if you require 2 to a bedroom. Beach access is great and neighborhood was nice. Left a lot of gear on carts and porch overnight with no issues. Kitchen sink would not drain the last two days of our trip. We would book here again.

We stayed at beach therapy and before we came we read the reviews on the condo and we thought we’d give it a chance. They complained about beds being hard, but that didn’t really bother us at all we had extra comforters and sheets so it was really comfortable. This was perfect for our family of 6. We are celebrating 20 years together my husband and I and we brought our babies on a little back to school summer vacation :) my oldest daughter just had a birthday as well so we just took advantage of our weekend fun. There’s a noise in the ac in living room by the bedroom it sounds like a light bulb or something. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned there was sticky candy like swept under the dresser in one of the room and that red sticky stuff got on my little daughters feet and shoes it was like marshmallow or something. The edges of the carpets feel like splinters going in your feet every time you step around them. The dishes were a little dirty with like egg or something. There’s like blood or something red in the shower with the bench that was nasty. Yes the furniture was old , but we really loved this spot!the view is beautiful wish there was tvs in all the rooms though. We love the boardwalk it was so beautiful in the evening to walk and the showers right in the entrance come in handy to wash off all the sand. We loved that! We enjoyed the pool, it it was super hot water we wanted to buy ice bags 😆 this was the most perfect spot and my family and I really enjoyed our weekend. We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back!my girls also played in the playground they enjoyed that as well:) Oh ya by the pool there’s a lot of aunts my daughter was sitting and just had her feet in the water and she got all bitten up on her bottom and inner thigh. It was so painful the first night, but we definitely learned our listen. The washer looked like it was suppose to be locked, but I’m glad it wasn’t that’s really convenient for us since we had to keep washing towels. Thank you so much for having us 🥰

This is our second stay at the Sand Bar, this time for the winter, and I can’t say enough good things. It is clean and well kept. The one time I did have to contact mgmt due to a leaky faucet, they were prompt to take care of it. Grocery store and many souvenir shops within walking distant. Will be our go to place whenever we visit Port A.

Great location and pool. Beds were comfortable and the property is well appointed. Perfect for a family stay on the island. Close to everything but tucked away into a quiet neighborhood. Loved that the downstairs and upstairs were separated, gave us two zones for the distinct groups that came on our trip.

4. This is the first place we have ever stayed where we could actually walk both to the beach and to restaurants and shops! Nice!Some things not shown in the description:1. There are no USB ports. Bring a wall plug or a USB tower to charge your devices.2. I loved that the photos showed a garage since we hate leaving the car out in the Texas sun all day. However what looks like a garage in the photos is actually a much smaller overhead door which is the owners storeroom. No garage is promoted in the text, but pictures speak louder than words.(Note: The house holds 12, but the driveway holds only one vehicle, and the city does not allow curbside parking. Suggest you inquire about where to park if you are bringing 2 cars or renting a golf cart.3. The type of coffee filter required for what the listing calls a standard coffeemaker is the cupcake-shaped 8-12 cup size. (However there are several hundred filters left here by others, so no need to worry about it until at least 2024!)

Place was well stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that we had a hard time figuring out the layout from the pictures. 3rd floor had kitchen and living room and 1/2 bath, 2nd floor had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (king with ensuite, bunkers with ensuite and queen with separate full bath, 1st floor had apartment with kitchenette, sitting area and full bed/bath. Every floor had decks overlooking ocean. Also the elevator was awesome with so many stairs.

We visited Prt A the week before spring break started for most and loved the condo and location. It was a quick walk to the beach and close to everything in town. The property was a hotel/motel that has been converted into condos and was perfect. They combined one of the rooms facing the front and one facing the back. The front facing has the patio. And the back faxing was the main entrance into the main bedroom.Poet A Beach House Company had a 3-ring binder with all the information needed for the condo and the city/town.After staying at the particular location we chose, I looked into other locations and would definitely consider staying in one of them. Highly recommend.

Have you guys seen Seaglass Cottage managed by Port A Beach House Company! I love this home! It fit my family perfectly, the pool is basically right outside the door and my daughters swam for hours. The cute costal decor is what did it for me i love the octopus table and sea turtle chairs! The management company is so easy to work with and were in constant contact leading up to my stay. Check in / out was seemless as they email over all the details for you to follow. Will definitely be staying again!

We are frequent visitors to Port A with groups ranging from just my wife and I up to bringing large extended family (sometimes 12-14) and have rented from several different companies over the years. Most recently we rented a unit for the ocean view - thought we were lucky to find ocean view available when we rented only a couple weeks before our trip. The unit looked good online and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the unit wasnt up to par and had a funky smell. Called the office and immediately got a call back offering to move us to a different (significantly larger) home for no additional cost. We might have lost the ocean view, but the replacement home was superb. So I commend Port A Beach House Company for their customer service that went above and beyond to make our trip a memorable one!

We have used this group to manage our house in Port A for the past 2 years. We have been generally very happy with the service. The house is always clean and I can call and get maintenance quickly when needed. I have read the other reviews and I would be upset too if I had ever signed a contract for a lower price and it was canceled or changed...... not sure how/ why that has happened. For my first experience with a management company, we have been happy.

This was a beautiful stay, we loved the room it was very spacey clean welcoming and right off the canal, access to grill and pool and so close to the beach and Packery Channel it was the perfect spot. Definitely comes highly recommended.

We stayed for an anniversary trip! Beyond expectations! The house was immaculate! Booking was a snap. Staff was exceptionally friendly with helping with questions. Kendall and Brady the owners are family oriented and had great suggestions on places to go and things to do since they themselves are from and living in the area. The home we rented had a shared private pool and we enjoyed the convenience to all the amenities and the pool! Will definitely book again and again! No other company could offer the pool/beach combo features or the prices! BOOK HERE!

She answer all my questions and got us a home to stay in. When we arrived the house was very clean. Close to all amenities walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
