Great home at a reasonable price. The owner Robert, was great to work with. He even dropped off the mail at our new house after we move out of their rental property. Easy to work with, fast repairs, and convenient payment. -

Ive been using PMI Star of Texas to manage my rental property for over 5 years, and I have to say, theyre amazing! Krishna is the best - she knows her stuff and always communicates with me promptly. She helped me figure out the perfect rent price and attracted great tenants for me.What I really appreciate is their online portal. Its super easy to use and helps me keep track of all my rental income and expenses. Their monthly reports are detailed and clear, and they even upload invoices for any repairs they do.Overall, I cant recommend PMI Star of Texas enough. Their service is top-notch, they pay attention to every little detail, and they truly care about their clients. If you need a property management company, these are the people to go to! -

I highly recommend PMI Star as a property management company! Weβve been impressed by their level of professionalism and execution. They did their due diligence on the tenants, thoroughly prepared the property and provided recommendations to enhance the opportunity. This has been a very low risk venture with PMI leading the efforts. I appreciate their responsiveness throughout the entire process and you can tell they are also looking to protect the tenants interest, a win-win from my perspective. -

They (Krishna, Toni and Devang) are responsive and listen to the needs of the owners, handling the tenant requests in a manner that is conducive to both parties (tenants and owners). I will be adding additional feedback as I have more time with the team at PMI and as I add to my property portfolio. -
