I have been renting at Villages at Westgate in Weslaco with PMI management, and my experience has been exceptional. From the beginning, they have been consistently professional and attentive to my needs. Whenever I call for repairs, they strive to address the issue on the same day, which shows their commitment to keeping everything running smoothly.The staff also provides outstanding customer service when I go to pay bills. We’ve been renting with PMI RGV for a couple of years now, and they’ve been great. Communication has always been easy, and anytime something needs fixing, they’re usually on it the same day—even on weekends. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with them, and I’d definitely recommend PMI RGV if you’re looking for a solid management company that takes care of their tenants.

Overall, my experience has been great so far! The application process was quick and easy. Once approved and cleared, I was able to move into the property within a couple of weeks. I could tell the apartment was cleaned as soon as I walked in. The apartment itself is spacious; its a couple of miles away from grocery stores, fast food locations, gyms, and any other necessities you might have. The payment website is user-friendly so this makes paying rent at the start of the month go smoothly. Other than that, setting-up electricity and wi-fi only took a couple of calls and picking up the equipment.

My whole experience has been amazing! The employess were super courteous and extremely helpful and down right awesome!Elton Cantu was extremely professional, polite and thoughtful. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! If anything this is your go to guy! Hes awesome!This company and its field and its in office associates seem very willing to go the extra mile to help you out whether your in a bind or not. That is a great thing to know!!I would definitely recommend PMI RGV for your rental/housing needs! Was thoroughly a pleasant experience so far!

Patricia Bravo is outstanding! Anytime Ive needed to reach out, shes always been very responsive. I can tell she sincerely cares about the needs of the home owners at Rio estates in San Juan. She understands that great neighborhoods exist because homeowners pay attention to details. I have enjoyed working with her as our community manager. Gustavo is an amazing manager, we hesitated changing management companies, even though we were unhappy with our previous and he really helped and guided us through the process, without pressuring us to go with PMI. Our homeowners listened to his presentation and we were beyond impressed with him and PMI. Since that day, Patricia joined the company and she has been amazing in helping him getting things done for the subdivision. Our HOA and Homeowners and very happy with their fantastic service and all the changes that have happened in the short time they have been with us.

After dealing with a company who no ethnics (Associa) and moving with a management company who truly cares about the communities they manage. I have dealt with Patricia Bravo the community manager. She is very understanding and works with the homeowners. Every time I call her, she always takes my calls and helps me resolve my issues. thank you, Patricia Bravo, thank you for being an amazing manager. The amazing thing about PMI-Rgv they do not charge you for an outrageous amount of handling fee. So, if you fall behind on a payment you do not have all these crazy fees on top of those fees. If you are looking for a management company, call Patricia. The first time you talk to her you know that she is very professional, and she loves what she does.

Every time I have called or messaged her, she has responded in the most professional way and is quick to answer any question or concerns I might have. In the short amount of time that PMI took over as HOA, we can definitely see a difference and many changes and improvements have been done to our neighborhood (Rio Estates) for the better. She became our HOA manager (Los Laureles subdivision in Pharr) a few months ago and was able to accomplish many projects which were postponed by the previous managements. Patricia is loyal, active, organized, knowledgeable, very easy and nice to talk to. The best part is she responds and takes care of our concerns immediately.

Our yard is tended to ,the bills are included,AND during the freeze the office made sure to get our light back on .we get letters to inform us on future dealings regarding the water being shut of for city repairs AMONG OTHER STUFF 👍😊 ..its wonderful how ontop of things and how smooth things are done!!👌 I thank God they believe in second chances for renters who are struggling to get INTO these TYPE OF apartments!! Gustavo, McAllen Property Management Services, is one of the best Property Managers that I found. He is an excellent property manager who takes care of our properties and tenants very well. He goes extra mile and helps the property owners. He and his company responds fast to property maintenance issues and make sure the maintenance issue are resolved promptly.
