I have been working with PMI Northwest Houston to manage our rental home in Katy since September 2022. We live in Upstate NY and cannot be onsite. They immediately worked with a local realtor to find a tenant within two weeks which they vetted and made sure was a good fit for the property. They have worked closely with the tenant over a nine-month period to collect rental payments and deal with any concerns raised by us or the tenant. I have found the Management Team at PMI Northwest to be extremely professional and responsive in their communication. Their fees are reasonable and they provide value. I would highly recommend PMI Northwest Houston to any property owner seeking a turnkey approach to the management of their property in the Houston area.
