I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by PMI Alliance in managing our condominium complex in Dallas, Texas. When they first took over, we faced a significant challenge with our insurance coverage lapsing due to insurance companies refusing to cover us. This situation forced them to terminate their full management contract. Despite this setback, which was entirely beyond their control, they continued to assist us with accounting and worked tirelessly to help us secure new insurance coverage, even though they were not obligated to do so.Once our insurance was back in place, PMI Alliance renewed their management contract and immediately got to work. They had to quickly prepare for a trial due to a lawsuit brought against the association by a homeowner. Now that the case has been dismissed, they are able to focus on maintenance plans and other improvements for our community.Throughout all these challenges, PMI Alliance has maintained the highest level of professionalism and dedication. Their communication is excellent, and they are always solutions-oriented, willing to work with us no matter the obstacles. I am excited to see how they will continue to improve our community and highly recommend their services! -
