Brian and Vicky Johnson have made our first experience using property managers an absolute pleasure! Trying to move overseas with a baby has felt chaotic at best for my wife and me, with endless to-do lists on a time crunch. Moving out and getting our house ready to rent was another daunting series of tasks, until we hired Brian and Vicky at Plymouth Properties. Though I reached out to numerous property managers, Brian and Vicky responded within 24 hours. In that first conversation, they gave a warm sense of attentiveness to my family’s needs balanced with a confidence and competence in their jobs. Within the week, Brian and Bill Cooke came by the house to see the property. This face-to-face meeting took away any lingering reservations about hiring a property manager, allowing my family to focus on all of the other tasks and worries in our life. Though I feel like I saddled Brian with a few more of my to-do list tasks around the house than I should have, without complaint, Brian doggedly worked to ensure the house was ready for rent. Within two weeks of my family leaving, Brian and Vicky ensured the house was cleaned, repairs were made, market research was complete, and advertising was distributed, ultimately getting a lease signed with a new tenant. Having someone move into our home while we are on the opposite side of the world seems a breeze with Brian and Vicky keeping an eye on things for us back in the states. -
