Weve been using Platinum Peak for the past three years and they have been excellent. Dylan and his team are the best property managers in Central Texas. We trust them to rent out our large home, and they find us great tenants. This is a difficult business, which can stress owners out when things go wrong and they are patient and work with us.

Dylan has been my property manager since 2016 for two units we own in Plum Creek after previous property management company was not overseeing my units they had let my long term tenants paint without my permission and when moved had to do so many repairs to property.I found Dylan after much research and interviewing others. I have trusted Dylan since 2016 to take care of everything for us as we both recently retired. He always does walk through for me upon renewing of leases and he does credit checks etc upon move therefore I have had long term tenants. Anytime repairs are needed he does it all. I have recommended Dylan to anyone in need of a property manager and will continue to do so. So happy I found him to trust my properties so my husband can enjoy our retirement.

The team at Platinum Peak is stellar! The property we have been renting for the last 2 years is modern, well maintained and very reasonably priced.The management team is always friendly and incredibly responsive to issues and concerns when they arise. They are proactive and send helpful tips and reminders for all the extreme weather weve been having. They have also offered to help with our transition into the first time home buying process! All around terrific customer service and great company to work with!

I was lucky enough to meet Dylan right after a horrible remote real estate experience (with an agent who should never have been working in real estate). The only good thing that agent did was introduce me to Dylan. He’s been my hero from Day 1, helping me quickly get my house in shape to be rented, finding me great tenants, and taking excellent care of my property and my tenants for 7 years. I was obviously not his only client but Dylan always made me feel like my house and I were his top priority. When it came time to exit the market, Dylan was right by my side, offering me insights and perspective to help me successfully navigate a declining market and ensure a smooth transaction. While it is exciting to close a sale, it is bittersweet in this case because it marks the end of working with such an amazing professional with incredible work ethic and integrity. Dylan has managed several properties for me over the last few years. Ive had experience with multiple companies over the past two decades and Platinum Peak has without a doubt been the most effective, comprehensive, ethical and responsive company that I have contracted for management. Dylan is in regular communication with owners and runs an all around good business. Tenant management is excellent and, importantly, invoicing and statements and deposits are smoothe and efficient. Ive been an investor for many years, had plenty of bad management experience. When friends or family buy properties, Dylan is the only manager that I would recommended to them.

A year ago, my wife and I decided to invest out of state and picked the Austin area. Once we identified and purchased two homes in Kyle, our Realtor recommended Dylan at Platinum Peak Property Management. I called 3 other property managers and met with one of the 3. After the phone interviews and meeting Dylan and the other manager we decided to go with Dylan.Dylan has been great to work with. Both homes have needed some additional attention, warranty work and small repairs, and Dylan has handled them all efficiently and with excellent communication. No surprises.His prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding.

Platinum Peaks Dylan (and his wife) made my move easy! They are honest, hard-working, and reliable. I was very stressed out when I made the decision to move across the country and rent out my house, and there were a million things to do in order to make my house ready and find renters. As soon as I began to work with Dylan, my stress instantly decreased, as he handled just about everything. Dylan made the process easy. He even found quality renters to move in two days after I moved out! His electronic recording system will make it easy to file invoices for tax purposes, and he has even helped me understand the different types of potential tax rebates and write offs to consider for the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Platinum Peak as a rental manager. If you live in the south Austin area or Hays, going with anyone else is just silly. His rates are reasonable, and his work quality is superior. I feel at ease and like Im leaving my house in the care of someone I trust. More than that, working with Platinum Peak is supporting a local business and growing family. No other option even comes close for quality, value, reliability, and generally feeling good about a business decision.

Platinum Peaks staff was extremely helpful in the process of renting out my first investment home. Kara and Dylan were very knowledgeable in the real estate market and very easy to communicate with. Anytime I had a question or needed help they would call or text me back immediately. I noticed with other larger companies I would wait days for a call back on a simple question. This alone made my decision very easy to choose Platinum Peak Property Management. After researching other companies they came in well below the market average for management fees charged and no hidden costs charged to me.

Two years ago we decided to purchase an out of state investment property in Austin, we have since purchased a second Austin property which is managed by Platinum Peak as well. I had interviewed several property managers prior to finding Dylan and also had a couple more that never even called me back. I knew about 30 seconds into our conversation that I was going to use Platinum Peak. I could not be happier with that decision. Dylan is very diligent in every aspect, he follows through and really works for me and looks out for my best interest. Prior to closing on the first property Dylan had renters lined up, who actually were waiting for him to move in when he returend from picking up the keys at the title company. Our second property was rented within a week of closing as well, both for above the area comps/averages. I appreciate the fact that Platinum Peak is a full service company and we used Kara as our realtor on the second property we bought. In a very competitive market, in a multiple offer situation we were able to buy the house we wanted. For us living out of state, Platinum Peak makes it very easy to own properties in Austin and not have to worry about things that would otherwise be difficult.

As a renter who lived at 5 different places during college, I have plenty of horror stories to tell about my past property managers. With this being my last home to rent, I could not be more happy with the decision and opportunity to have Dylan at Platinum Peak as our property manager. Their communication, profesionalism and knowledge of the business is outstanding and show their true passion for what they do. He and his wife genuinely care for their clients and have gone above and beyond for us in the short time we have rented from them. My husband and I knew our time at the home we are renting through them would be temporary (1yr) as we were planning to buy our first house very soon. They helped us find a home that we are able to build and completely customize for LESS than we are paying in rent! Also, they helped us with temporary housing for the gap between the end of our lease and the time we can move in to our brand new home. I have been 100% satisfied with our experience and would recommend Platinum Peak Property Management to ANYONE!
