I’ve lived here for three and a half years and have had a great experience. Management is always friendly and professional, and maintenance is incredibly efficient and fast whenever I need something fixed. The property is well-maintained and always clean. Communication is excellent—they always send emails in advance about things like pest control and other scheduled services. They’re very attentive to tenants’ needs, making it a stress-free place to live. Had I not been leaving the state, I would happily live here for a couple more years. If you’re looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and reliable apartment community, I highly recommend this place!

My experience so far living in Pioneer Hill has been excellent, The apartments are spacious, very clean, very bright and quiet and that’s something that I like about living in this area. And the pool is extremely nice and clean alwaysAnd when it comes to having an issue with maintenance or management, they are on top of everything and have a quick response. I had a few issues and thanks to Victoria the office manager. She has been able to resolve all of them and keep my experience at Pioneer Hill at its excellence. I have enjoyed living in this quiet area I even recommended a few friends and family and they love it too

Lived here for 3 years and there had been some management switch overs in the past. The new property managers have been super helpful and communicative and graciously held our mail while the mailbox was being repaired! Things have vastly improved since Victoria took over managing the property including community events like a recent petting zoo which was a hit with the kids (and the kids at heart) in the complex!

Living in this Austin condo has been a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Victorias amazing management. From day one, Victoria has proven to be an exceptional manager. It’s a lovely property with great amenities! Victoria was super friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. Pioneer hills hosts plenty of community events if that’s something you seek (who doesn’t love free food!)

They care a lot about the residents and their needs and are always willing to help provide a great service. Victoria has been an amazing manager, and is always open to answer my questions. She has made my experience at my apartment a great one. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

***Update* 4/18/22 management reached out and I worked directly with the property manager on a solution. The manager personally ensured I and the issue were taken care of. It’s been several days now and my patio is trash free.***Really liked and appreciated the old management team. I live in a building near the dog park and trash compactor/bins. There have been issues where folks unfortunately don’t know where to place their trash or recyclables leaving huge piles of trash bags accumulating in the area. Keep in mind that unfortunately the trash compactor and bins are so close to the building and near a greenbelt area that it attracts wildlife and trash is then scattered through the parking lot, yards and dog park. The previous management and maintenance team always worked and did an amazing job at ensuring this didn’t happen again. Since the new management took over those efforts have been lacking. My suggestion is to not move into an apartment near the compactor/bins and dog park as you will be extremely disappointed. Specially if this new management company doesn’t make it a priority to keep that area clean. Also be careful when walking or taking your dogs to the park at night, as mentioned before the trash attracts wildlife as there have been sightings of coyotes. One of the reasons I decided to move here was because of my past experiences with the previous management company.

Pioneer Hill staff, especially Victoria, are extremely helpful and really take the time to help each individual with their requests. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Victoria and she has helped me numerous times with various needs and always does it with a kind heart. They will go out of their way to help and provide the best service to everyone, regardless of their situations! I was out of town and needed information from my apartment and Victoria took the time to go all the way to my apartment and help send me what I was needing. I have lived here from the day the apartments were first built, and I have never been more comfortable in an apartment. If I could give them 10 gold stars, I would!

I lived at Pioneer Hill for two years after moving to Austin. I was drawn here by the location and close proximity to so much Austin has to offer, and I loved the spacious, clean apartment home and private, fenced yard I had for our pups. I rarely had any maintenance issues, but when I did, they were handled promptly. I have mostly dealt with Chris in the office over the past two years, and he has been quick to respond to emails or available to talk through any concerns I might have had. I recently had the opportunity to get a house but am thankful for the great experience at Pioneer Hill. Best of luck under the new management - I am sure things will continue to just get better & better.

Hands down an amazing place to live! The staff is super friendly, more specifically Shae & Tiffany do a fantastic job in making sure that youre taken care of. Theyre very responsive and helpful to any questions that you have. The area is safe and the complex as whole is well kept. I never once had to call maintenance to fix anything. The trash pick up service was extremely convenient and the pool amenities are top tier! I would recommend this Complex to anyone wanting to live in Austin!

My significant other and I recently moved to Austin and while we looked for house, we needed an apartment to stay in for a few months. We cant say enough great things about living here! We rented a 2 bed 2 bath on the 1st floor with a small yard. This apartment fit all of our needs and was so comfortable. The small backyard, dog park, and dog bath area was perfect for our pup. The Amazon lockers and gym were definitely an added plus. Moreover, the staff has always been responsive and provided great customer service. The apartment manager, Tiffany, is part of what makes this place so great to live in. If you need anything at all shell be there for you! I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

I moved here in February this year (2023) & by far this has been the best experience I’ve had with the office staff EVER. They keep the landscaping at tip-to shape, I haven’t had a maintenance issues, & you can tell they really care about their residents welfare. They’ve recently started watching over the pool area & removing individuals who don’t live here. Thai helps because when I want to use the pool, I can because it’s over crowded with people who don’t live here. They break bottles, glass is everywhere, & for a father with children I APPRECIATE that level of concern. Tiffany in the front office IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She goes above & beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. It’s not just her, it’s everyone as a collective. I enjoy living here & if you’re looking for a solid place to live, look no further. 10/10 EASY⭐️

We are finishing a 12 month lease at Pioneer Hill, and I have zero complaints! Despite there being an ownership change recently, and new staff put in charge, Pioneer Hill staff have been so supportive and responsive to all of our needs. The grounds are always clean, our neighbors are friendly and courteous, trash service is reliable, and maintenance is always timely and helpful. I really enjoy the gym, the pool, and especially the propane bbq grills, especially because the property provides the propane! Parking can be scarce, but I never have to worry about not having a spot, and it never takes me longer than a minute to walk to my unit. My wife and I have always felt safe and secure here as well, and the complex tends to be very quiet at night. The leasing process was easy and simple, and we paid an affordable rate for the location. Thank you Pioneer Hill Staff!

As a resident of Pioneer Hill Apartments since early 2021, I can truly say it has been a experience of change. I love my apartment and my neighbors. Even though change can be hard, New management Ms. Tiffany truly cares about her tenants. While I was facing one of my hardest rental concerns ever, she and staff work through it with me and resolved my concerns. I love living here. Lived here for a year and was very happy living here! Staff is friendly and the apartments are beautiful and comfortable. Giving 4 stars only because parking was a pain. If i got home anytime past 9pm I would park so far away from my apartment, when I had people visit theyd have to drive around for parking. Aside from that overall great apartments to live in and worth the price.

This has been the best apartment I’ve lived at! The property manager, Tiffany, will go above and beyond for the residents at Pioneer Hill. We’ve enjoyed the brand new units, responsive maintenance, respectful neighbors, and most importantly I’ve never felt safer than I have living here. A lot of reviews mention parking being a problem but my husband and myself have always found a parking spot living here personally. There is overflow parking in the middle of the complex that normally has a spot available. Highly recommend Pioneer Hill!

Tiffany Lounsberry has always been very friendly, positive and helpful anytime I had a question or concern. Any maintenance requests I put in are always handled the next day. To start this is probably the nicest apartments in the area. The grounds are always nice and orderly and if there is an issue I know I can let Tiffany know and she will ensure it gets taken care of. Been here for a month. Super friendly staff, great neighbors, very quiet, clean and well built. Parking can be a little annoying late in the evening, but it’s hardly a big issue. No construction issues, A/C is great, really feels worth the price. We’ll be here for a while.

Learning how to tow cars when not registered to the apartment complex or on the visitors side at night time guys that I work with are quick so if you park in a place your not supposed to save your money and park in the right location cause youll be losing money having to pick it up from the towing yard

I totally recommend it, it is a super quiet and clean place, it is in there and it is totally silent. I am always grateful for all the help that Victoria gave me, she is one of the people who work in the office. Despite only speaking English, she was very Compatible with me, as I am Spanish-speaking, she helped me from the beginning, she was very positive and never put any inconveniences when it came to processing my income. Very explicit and patient with me, she answered all my questions. Nunk, failing to be totally professional. I recommend her. ;If your umbrella initially gets stuck with another agent due to lack of communication, perhaps because of the language or something else, look for it in some way, either with the translator or in another way, try to understand it with us clients.
