    I’ve lived here for about 4 years now and John has been hands down the best maintenance man we’ve ever had. He is always prompt, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is in perfect working order. No task is too big or small for him, and he always goes above and beyond to ensure we’re satisfied. His friendly attitude and exceptional work ethic truly set him apart. We’re so grateful to have him taking care of our maintenance needs!

    Me and my girl been living here for about 5 months now and we enjoy it here. Crystal is an amazing manager and John the maintenance man is super helpful and nice and knows what he is doing. We appreciate the pecan grove team!

    I have lived in this community for 15 years and I have to say the current manager Crystal and the maintenance man John are on top of everything. Crystal is very well organized and has always answered or taken care of what I have needed very quickly. I cannot say enough about Johns knowledge and abilities to repair everything we have needed. He does his job well and he does it right the first time. I thank you.

    First and foremost, the communication with Crystal has been amazing. We were interested in a home for my father and got scheduled immediately for a tour. We loved it, and Crystal provided us with the information on where to apply. Once we were approved, Crystal immediately started on his new lease paperwork. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and provided us with all the information needed about the community.The entire process was quick and easy! I wish every place was managed and operated as efficiently as Crystal did for us.The community is quiet, clean, and features a mix of new and used homes on their lots. My father is looking forward to calling this place home. I would definitely recommend Pecan Grove in Schertz!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Love this community everyone stays to themselves, Mrs. Crystal the property manager is always on point w/issues on the property if anything is going on, and maintenance guy John he is ALWAYS on time never a time I had to wait days for any issues I had he is always here the day of to fix whatever issue is going on with the property so definitely give this property a 5 star to stay at!!!!!

    I toured the homes at Pecan Grove mobile home community and the manager was cheerful and showed me the homes that were available. The property is well maintained and the manager also introduced me to the maintenance staff. Everyone was helpful and very nice.

    Had a AC issue that we thought was resolved. The maintenance guy John Paul came by and figured out the problem and got it fixed. He did a great job, and offered info to help prevent the issue from happening again.

    Crystal and Steve have been great. I’ve been here for about 3 years now and some of the things like the dishwater and etc. have needed some work. Crystal promptly gets on it and Steve comes that same day and does the work. He is super nice and does a great job. I love not having to wait for things to get fixed and questions to be answered. I also like how the pool was FINALLY opened up this year when Crystal came on board. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves and is quiet at night and it a family friendly place with lots of kids running around playing with each other.

    Hello, every one if you have a mobile home. Pecan Grove is one of the nicest parks around or they have some to lease. There is lots of wildlife, but they are protected.

    I have lived in this community for over a year, and have no plans on leaving any time soon. There is not one thing I can complain about. I have some of the sweetest neighbors, very peaceful at night, and the wildlife is beautiful. Mrs Lisa in the office is absolutely wonderful. She made moving into my home a wonderful experience, she is always quick to help out with anything you may need, and actually cares about her community. Maintenance does a wonderful job at addressing any issues you may have. Couldn’t ask for anything better! I love my home and this community ❤️ You won’t regret moving here

    Took a look around at available homes in this area and was very pleased to see that Pecan Grove was so open and spacious. Most all homes and properties were well taken care of and clean. Yard maintenance is extremely important to me and it appears this property is well maintained.

    Dude this place is pretty great tbh. I’m only 22 but getting a place out here is for sure one of the best decisions I’ve made. Tiffany is definitely super helpful and very nice! She gets problems resolved ASAP and that’s remarkable considering she doesn’t have much help! If you wanna save some money and live in a nice quiet place, I definitely recommend.

    Over all living here has been great. Neighbors are really nice and its not super loud at night! Mrs. Lisa is always there to answer questions and I love getting to drive out in the am and see the baby deer resting in the grass. Plus its close to good schools which is awesome!!! 💜💜

    We have lived here three separate times, Yes we have come back three times! I’m about to sound really annoying about how amazing this place is but it has been so good to us I have to brag! That’s how awesome this place is to us. We have moved out to help our grandparents who have numerous medical problems and have came back every time we were done taking care of them. The rent is extremely cheap for a two/ three bedroom home for the very desired Schertz/cibolo area! Every home we have gotten has been beautiful inside and out. The manager was absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond for you! They have a pool and a small playground! We our a family of four with two school aged kids and this neighborhood is very family friendly kids riding bikes everyday, playing outside to people walking there dogs and we all look out for one another. They keep up with big beautiful property is why I think people love being outside so much. Plus the schools here are amazing! It’s a great little community with very inexpensive living. Call the office if your looking around this area, you won’t regret it!

    My only complaint thats actually worth complaining about is that the water is constantly being shut off due to a water line breaks. Theyve gotten better about given us a heads up but we can never info for updates. Also there is also a sewage bill that is sometimes 3x the water bill which makes no sense

    Ever since this new property manager came around there has been a complete 180 with how things looks and how situations are being handled. I pay my aunts rent and come down to visit every other weekend. Ms.Rhodes so is welcoming and understanding. My aunt and I couldn’t be happier with how things are going.
