The good. This place has a good vibe, great location. Repairs are done in a timely manner and staff is very responsive. The rent is reasonable for what you get. The bad. No parking. No laundry mat. The place is uninhabitable in the peak summer days/hours because they decided to put window units in the living room. Lastly, there’s uncertainty in regards to the fate of this building since there’s possibility of the I10 project getting approved. Overall, I recommend but if you have more funds, look elsewhere for better amenities.

Georgina is fabulous girl. She was great help to finalize our apartment, Centurion pearl. It’s a pocket friendly apartment home. Rent includes water, gas and wifi. Their one bedroom apartment is as spacious as 800 sq ft which is usually 2 bed apartment size. We loved staying here. Maintenance guy is super friendly and punctual.

Wonderful experience. All the properties are very clean and beautiful. Robert was very helpful towards me and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place.

I have lived in a Pearl Properties apartment for a little over 10 years and the staff is always attentive and courteous. The Photo attached is a Sunrise in the Fall view from The Diplomat Apartments.

I live at the diplomat and the view is amazing! Plus we have a pool! From my experience the management team is so attentive and so helpful. They have answered all my question when asked! I would recommend people to live here. I really love it here:).

Living at the Wallace Pearl Apartments has been a breath of fresh air. I love the quietness of Sunset Heights and being able to sit on the porch at night to watch the lights of Juarez and El Paso twinkle… and the sunset over the mountains is breathtaking. The community of the Wallace apartment seems to be grounded and joyful, as well as the property managers.

I have loved living at the Pearl Apartments for a numerous amount of years and I would not change it for another location. The location is great and for someone who does not drive it is very close to everything I need!

They are the calmest 5 months I have experienced since my arrival in El Paso Tx. You have privacy and the neighbors are very friendly and calm, I thought it would take them a while to check my application but they helped me throughout the process super fast that that same day I had a response and it was what I expected. My family is very responsive so I couldnt ask for more. On the contrary, I would like to thank them!!Happy Thanksgiving Day 🍁🦃
