After years of semi successful property management on my own, I ran into a tough situation with a tenant that would not pay. It was clear that eviction proceedings were needed. I didn’t know where to turn on the recommendation of friend, I met Julie at Peach Blossom Properties and she expertly dove into the of process of l my tenant out of my house Within about 2 1/2 months. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to get through this process, and her knowledge was really valuable to me. I have my property back now. It is almost rent ready and looking forward to finding a tenant with the stringent standards that Julie will put in place. I know she’s looking for me as her client and wants me to have success so I have lower risk in dealing with such a terrible situation again. I’m grateful to Julie and her expertise and her team at Blossom would highly recommend!

Met Julie through an introduction, probably the best introduction ever, she helped us to locate a property, waked us trough the process of purchasing and what to expect at every stage. She was always available on the phone, especially with newbie questions from our side. Her vast knowledge of what to do, who to call, whats the regulation require makes it a slam dunk. She is so good I stopped looking for other property managers. Someone I can trust, that takes care of stuff without crazy drama worth its value in gold.

Hiring Peach Blossom Properties was the best decision I made in 2018. I own multiple rental properties in Texas and have used several different management companies. Without a doubt, Peach Blossom is the best. The onboarding process was smooth and seamless. The property listing as very polished and professional, and the service to me (the landlord) and my tenants is amazing. Even better – Peach Blossom’s fees are lower! Highly recommend!

Ago-I wanted to move close to downtown but I had a budget. Julie found me like 15 places to go see the day after I emailed her. the response time is unbelievable when using Julie to find an apartment in your budget. she was also so flexible in meeting me whenever I had time.
