We LOVE these properties. Always clean and comfortable. Home away from home. We especially love the Ithaca property. So close to campus and has everything you need. We will be staying at one of these properties every time we come to Lubbock.

Patton Properties makes their properties clean and comfortable. Close to the hospital for work and has everything you need. They have been great to work with and great with communication on things. Highly recommend staying on one of their properties.

I am so thankful for Patton Properties! They exemplify west Tx hospitality and are truly “extra mile” people. Often they are a step ahead of me, but on the times I have needed something it is usually resolved within the day. I have not had that experience ANYwhere else. They will treat you like family- and I know you can feel confident booking with them and/or sending your college kid/family to live here!

I can honestly say that renting with Patton Properties is hands-down the best renting experience Ive had since moving out of the dorms. I lived in a couple of different student living apartment complexes during my time in Lubbock and they dont even come close to being as pleasurable as my experience with Patton has been. When we moved in, everything was clean and in great condition. Everything we wanted in a home was accounted for and operable. Amy kindly worked with us to make the moving-in process as smooth and easy as possible. There have been no problems at all since moving in last June and we absolutely love our little duplex!

Renting a property through Patton Properties has been the best experience I have ever had with renting homes. They are super kind, responsive, and helpful with anything we need. They truly care about us having a great experience with the home. This house we rent has now become a home and we have no one to thank but Amy! The properties have been renovated and have a fun, cute modern look. I would recommend renting from Patton Properties to any family or friends. They are a blessing in our lives.

The rental property is a great place to live. The landlords are always very responsive and eager to help with any issues or concerns you may have.
