Ive been w them over 2yrs now and love it. They are always friendly in the office and prompt and courteous when it comes to repairs. I only wish they would see its 2023 almost 2024 and get online payments.. you can only do money order or cashiers check. Depending on your tolerance level for noise I would def explore your options before signing a lease. A few properties are busy And not in a good way π. -

Their rent is the cheapest in the area and I wanted to save money for other financial goals.The staff is okay. They are not too bad. However, when you maintain professionalism they will match your professionalism.I was told that the owner is nice but, he needs to update his system and offer online payments. They only accept money order and I think cash but itβs inconvenient. -

I have lived in a complex managed by Parigi Property twice in my life, at two different times, and I have loved both times. The aprtments and townhouses are spacious and extremely cost friendly. They make you feel like family andnare very prompt with addressing issues. They do not micromanage and are welcoming everytime. They communicate in a timely manner and follow up to make sure things are to your satisfaction. I moved both times due to my family expanding, but if I ever have to go back to a smaller spot I will only rent through Parigi. -
