    Staff is quick to respond to issues on the phone and through email. This is the best property management company I have worked with in El Paso. As a homeowner they have dealt with any repairs or issues and have been communicative when any work requests were submitted. They have also actually completed an annual inspection on the property and sent me updates on it, which not all property management company’s actually do which as an owner I really appreciate! Great veteran owned business with a great staff!

    This management company has helped me out so much. I was quick to leave and wanted to rent my house out and they took care of everything. Cleaning, changing locks, taking photos, you name it. They have been quick to help with all issue whenever something arises as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent their house out.

    I learned of Panda Pal Property Mgmt by seeing their ad on a bench at a bus stop on the West Side. I sent emails out to them and a few other firms in El Paso and Andrew Davis from Panda Pal got back to me within an hour (and it was a Sunday evening). He arranged to meet me at the property on Tuesday morning. It was my original intent to rent and he satisfied all my questions. We signed a contract that morning. Everything changed a week later upon the death of my mother. The house then had to be put up for sale and I was out of town. Andrew was nonplussed and immediately sent me a new contract. With a few touch ups to the house, we were able to put it on the market at his suggested price within about a month. The house sold for more than asking with multiple offers within a week. All done remotely with very timely and updated information from Andrew. All the inspections, fixes, negotiations with the buyers, title, etc. were handled expertly by Andrew Davis and his team. The closing went off without a hitch and Andrew threw in a nice thank you gift. I would highly recommend Andrew Davis and his team at Panda Pal Property Management to any who need to rent or sell in the El Paso area. They know the market and their business.

    Panda Pal management has outstanding service; easy to work with; great communication...very responsive by phone and emails. Just call Andrew D and his team to manage your property or to help you find a place rent.As a first time home owner I was worried once I get a job transferred on a short notice,,,what? whos going to manage, and or should I just sell my house? I did my research and decided to call one management but I wasnt convince and like there services then I saw Panda Pal signs all over El Paso so I decided to call. Andrew Davis did not waste my time and offer to meet me at my property right away. Unlike others they told me to go to their office (C-21) just to wait and dont respond to my emails then when I showed up they told me to wait because the person supposed to assist me was still on break, and to top it off there fees are expensive...20% off tenant mortgage plus 50% from first month mortgage so you be left zero income.While I was in the process of moving out, Andrews team (Panda Pal) willing to wait while keeping me posted that they already have five applicants to rent my house. But before I forget, the photopgrapher who Andrew sent to take pics of my house for marketing purposes is highly skilled and all photos look amazing...I was sold! I asked for copies and with no hesitation, the photographer sent it to my email right away. I highly recommend Panda Pal services to everyone in El Paso. Panda Pal hands-down way better than others because of their fees and services are affordable. Thank you Andrew, and Keep up the great work guys!!

    If I could give 10 stars I would, after interviewing about 10 realtors (looking for the perfect person to sell my home) Andrew was the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional of the bunch.     The company has been prompt about everything. They never upsell or undersell what they explain to you. Its given to you clear and to the point. If there are any issues, they are resolved promptly. Any questions you have about your property, they go check, and answer you back in a timely manner. I have no issues with the company. They do their job as property managers.
