Ive followed Oxberry Groups work for many years. It is a family business, and they have consistently demonstrated a genuine care in improving the city through their developments. Their projects range from shopping centers filled with carefully curated tenants which meet the needs of the neighborhood (Tanglewood Shopping Center), daycare centers (which Houston needs more of!), medical facilities, and exciting new restaurants and coffee shops (Harlow District), which add value to the surrounding homes. They have long-standing relationships with investors and financial institutions, solid partnerships with tenants, and excellent relationships with the city. I look forward to seeing what comes next for Oxberry Group.
