    HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDWe have interviewed a few PM’s and none of them felt right until we were referred to OnQ by a friend of ours. We initially worked with Matt Medonich to learn more about OnQ. We genuinely felt like he cared and addressed our needs/concerns. Thank you Matt for your patience and guidance along the way.Once we were ready to get our property rent ready, we had the pleasure of working with Wendy Tillman and she honestly made our lives much easier. We have had out-of-state rental properties before but this one was different in many ways. Wendy was there with us, every step of the way and she was always responsive. We never once felt like we were alone by ourselves. We also appreciated that she is always willing to listen, and at times there’s simply a mutual agreement on a lot of things. We didn’t have to explain ourselves, or convince her on anything.We look forwards to working with Wendy and OnQ. We hope that we can get the property filled soon.

    Rebekah has been absolutely stellar in getting our maintenance requests completed promptly. Most importantly, she is an excellent communicator.     After having a horrible experience with a different property management, On Q was quite the opposite of what I expected. Not only do they have a team in the DFW area, but their communication is one of the best. They are more than happy to get on the phone and speak with you, and Wendy Tillman was able to get my house rented out in due time. Since renting it, Eren Hernandez has done a wonderful job keeping in touch about maintenance and work orders, making it easy to ensure the tenants are happy and the house is all in working order.     HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Extremely Professional.Choose OnQ Property Management after interviewing about 5 PM firms in the area.Matt Medonich had been great collaborator in keeping our interest high in finalizing our deal with OnQ Property Management.It took us few months to get the house rent ready and the Thanks to Layton Bogle who is our assigned Property Manager form OnQ to assist us in each step of the way.He made sure we were well informed on each and every step of the way from making fixes to the house and coordinating with the extended OnQ team, vendors/Service providers. Layton and the Team were SUPER RESPONSIVE and that made the whole process easy and manageable.     If it was not for Paul, who persistently stayed in contact with me along my journey of finding the right property management, I would still be searching or still partaking in a solo management style. He answered all my questions and quickly put me in touch with the onboarding person and my main point of contact. I am really hoping that my mind can soon be at ease once we get a couple of months or a year under our belt. I have definitely been apprehensive about someone else taking over my property but since I have had a tenant from hell, I needed someone else to step in and for me to become the unknown owner going forward. Overall, it looks like they have all the items in place i.e. payment, maintenance, eviction, and inspections.

    Mason, the home inspector, with On Q Property Management, was very professional and courtesy. His inspection was simple and non-intrusive. I stress with inspections because I am a disciplined retired military veteran. However, the inspection was very low key and stress free. Simple pictures and if maintenance request needed to be reported and he would submit those maintenance request. We shall see if that part will be handled appropriately. Time will tell. I trust Mason, just not what happens after he submits the maintenance request or if On Q Property Management Company will try and charge for something that is and was out of my control. I wait to see the verdict and follow up with an updated review of my overall all experience with this Property Management Company. I am optimistic it will get better. I hope and pray.Despite my current views of the actually On Q Property Management overall operations, fee structure, unnecessary disputable fee charges, and untimely methodsfor addressing maintenance, I am providing Mason with 5-stars because of his courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism.
