We had Jerome from maintenance out to our home for multiple repairs he was so nice. We weren’t home but he kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls updating me with each step and repair. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave any messes. If this is the service the maintenance team provides I am beyond thrilled.

They were Professional , friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and efficient. I appreciate their attention to detail and the effort they put into ensuring everything was in top-notch condition. Thank you for a job well done.Other parts of Omnikey need improvement but so far the experience with the maintenance employees has been pleasant.Edit: Omnikey will charge you for maintenance that should have been done before you moved in. They will not clean the unit before you move in. We had bugs in the fridge ,dirty floors, window’s, stained baseboards, broken blinds and air filters with layers of junk upon move in. $$$$$ to move into a dirty home and charged for their negligence. It states in the lease that occupants are responsible for maintenance but you require maintenance to come quarterly to change filter and take photos of the home?(which I’m not seeing in the lease but I’ll look again) Are you taking care of it or me?Corby was still a delight to meet but seems it may be far and in between that you meet someone like that at Omnikey based on the MANY bad reviews Omnikey receives and the fact NO ONE will pick up the phone when I do call to talk about these issues so instead I’ll just vent it here.Email send to Brandi 2-26-25 @3:49pmPhone call @ 3:00 resolvedBrandi responded promptly to my initial email and gave me a call at her first convenience to help resolve the issue.

BEWARE!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY!!! I moved in 9/24/2024 at around 10am and the air was at 86 degrees. IT IS NOW AFTER 12am on 9/25/2024 and the air IS STILL AT 86 degrees. So I called the emergency maintenance line and they informed me that they have had a work order for the air conditioning unit since 9/13/2024. So if they knew that the air wasn’t working you would think that they would let the tenants know BEFORE HAND!!! BUT NO THEY STILL LET ME MOVE IN AND MY CHILD HAS ASTHMA!!! Will be contacting the city of Dallas and the BBB 1st thing in the morning because this BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!!UPDATE:After expressing my concerns about not having any working A/C Cindy was able to help me and resolve my issues WITHIN THE SAME DAY!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Jeremy did a fantastic job trimming my very old and very large oak tree in my backyard. One branch in particular was 30 feet off the ground and over the roof of our house. It is a very precarious position for an extremely heavy tree limb to be, not to mention a very precarious position for a man to be as well! The long story short is that he amazed me with his skill and accuracy of the limb fall as well as the clean-up. Not everyone takes that pride in his work as Jeremy. Id hire him for just about any need I could use help with.

I have lived at an Omnikey managed property since 2020. In that time I have had several issues that took some time for resolution, but were always corrected at the owners expense under the lease guidelines. Recently, however, I had several back to back issues that caused excessive confusion for myself and automated late fees to appear on my residential account. I made NUMEROUS efforts to reach Omnikey staff to discuss these issues through phone calls, unanswered voicemails, online repair requests, and emails that all ended in frustration. It wasnt until I was contacted by front office manager Brandi Stubbs that I got the resolution I was seeking and then some! Brandi did more for me in 48 hours to help give me ALL the assistance that I needed than every other staff member combined in the previous month. She is the reason that I truly feel like Omnikey is a place that I can call home. THANK YOU BRANDI FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID!!!!

As a landlord, I am extremely pleased to have OmniKey Realty as my property management company!!! They manage three of my current rental properties and I just listed a 4th one for lease with them. There were some challenges I needed help overcoming regarding timeframe on this 4th one because I was headed into spinal neck fusion surgery on a Friday and was unsure of my availability post surgery to approve the lease application and concerned that we might lose a lease if I could not respond quickly enough. I want to give special praise to Madeline, Will, Brandi and Ivonne. To summarize, I had asked them to list the property at a rent that was a little too high. After having lower than desirable tenant interest, I worked with the team to adjust rent listing price, improved real estate agent motivations and within 24 hours we had a lease application early in the week. This was fantastic news. However, I was concerned that we would not be able to receive the tenant screening background check information back in time for me to be able to review and ask any follow-up questions in order to approve the application prior to my neck fusion surgery.Once I shared this with them, the OmniKey team jumped into action! They prioritized and expedited this, were able to send me the lease with some revisions, checking with the tenants first that they would still sign the revised lease still leaving me enough time to review and approve the lease Thursday afternoon, the day before my surgery. Additionally, they were able to receive the deposit money and have the tenants sign the lease the next day, the day of my surgery! Incredible!!!Additionally, the co-owner of Omnikey Realty LLC- Prop Mgmt, Leah Slaughter hosts real estate investor podcasts that have her extremely valuable information and conclusions using data backed charts and graphs supporting those conclusions. She is one of my top 2 real estate investors that I respect enough to watch and learn from their podcasts! She tells you like it is without manipulating data to suit her point and offers outstanding advice based on her extensive research and experience.I’m so grateful to have found OmniKey Realty!!!

I’m only giving them a 5 star, because of two of their employees, Matt and Natasha. The company is VERY blessed to have the two people. Our house was not ready for move in when we moved in due to the contractors that were hired. Matt and Natasha worked through the weekend to make sure we were comfortable and able to be in the house since the house wasn’t ready move in day. These two will bust their butts for the tenants off OmniKey. My husband and I absolutely looove them and their work! Theydeserve more than a raise!

Zack has been absolutely amazing throughout my whole experience with OmniKey. The realtor I initially worked with was helpful up until the point of my application getting approved and he was guaranteed his commission. After that it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with him and he even backed out on our meeting 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment time. Considering I drove 45 minutes out of my way to meet him and him not showing up was very inconvenient for me and my family. Zack on the other hand has gone above and beyond with ensuring my moving process goes as seamless as possible. He was very patient with me and very personable and professional. Kudos to Zack! This week she came too repair our heat, but while she was here, she also found something else that needed to be repaired, and fixed it without even being asked. Me and my husband are both very impressed with this company! We just moved in to one of their houses in Greenville and we couldn’t be happier. At first we were upset because the house was not repaired before we moved in. When we did our walk through we noticed a lot of issues that needed to be fixed before we moved, liked the floor that had been rotted out from water damage, trash being removed from the back yard, broken toilet, and so on.When I got a hold of Leah who works for this company she had 100% gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been taking care of us. She has been available week days, and weekend. And immediately sent someone out to repair the house. On top of that she Compensated us for the inconvenience and our time.Super impressed with how quick everything got Handled. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I have read many negative reviews ..but I have to give 5 stars! I have never had any issues..the application and rental process was very smooth..any issues I have they immediately respond and send help to fix the problem! The maintenance tech Dillon was very friendly and professional! I recommend this common to any one who i looking for a decent affordable rental
