The property manager here is AMAZING! SUPER HELPFUL WITH EVERY SINGLE THING! Workout room is awesome theyve got enough stuff to pretty much do whatever you need to do as far as physical fitness. Rooms are studio size so theyre not really broke up with awkward walkways. Swimming pool is nice and they keep it crystal clear. Maintenance are nice and helpful. Fairly affordable for single living. Did I mention how amazing the property manager Emmy is and she sings while she works😉.

Ive been here since the day they opened and Oaks 35 is without a doubt one of the best places Ive lived in. For a college student living alone for the first time, Oaks 35 is my home away from home.Brief overview:My room is spacious, comfortable and cozy,I dont hear anyone through the walls.The property; gated and secure,The on site laundromat is right next to my room,Theres a a 24/7 community center (perfect for my midgnight study sessions) equipped with a great gym.Theres a pool to relax in.Wide lawns to roam around in.The managment is incredibly friendly and really on top of things, they deal with tasks/inquiries/issues efficiently and appropriately, I really appreciate that.Suffice to say: Oaks 35 is my home away from home.

Superb apartment, quiet. The staff is welcoming and ready to do anything to satisfy us! Recently had a problem, and they were quick and efficient!
