I have my mother in a complex with the Nunlees. She has been with them for many, many years...These folks are amazing to work with, they are attentive and quick to respond for an issue. Being in property management is not easy, and being in the real estate business myself I understand this first hand. They do the best they can for their tenants, and have some of the best rental rates in the area. The maintenance staff and office manager are very professional and kind. Are the units super fancy no, are they a safe place to live and clean yes!! If you are looking for basic housing I recommend giving them a call.

I have called this home since 2016..Nice neighbors for the most part. I have pet w/300 dollar deposit . Only gripe is some ppl dont pick up poop. Watch where you step. Maintenance is timely and efficient.I miss Bob but what a legacy
