My husband and I have meant to post a review, and we have nothing but great things to say. As a military family, we received last-minute orders to move to Germany, and we were not prepared to become landlords, which made us quite nervous. However, Copernicus and Letty guided us through every step of getting our home ready to rent. They not only took care of us as landlords but also ensured that the tenants were well cared for. Dont hesitate to use this as Northwest as your property management, you wont regret it!

I was a tenant for one year. After move out, I had a dispute with part of my security deposit. However, I filed the claim and after a zoom meeting with Mr. Copernicus Guerra, I am very satisfied with the outcome. For those who have disputes with your property management company, if you follow the proper procedures and show a little patience, you will get much further than just posting a negative review. You must remember that they are dealing with hundreds of other tenants as well. Mr. Guerra took an hour out of his busy schedule to speak with me, and although we did not agree on every point, we were able to work something out that was acceptable to both of us.

Ive lived in my home managed by Northwest Real Estate & Prop. Management since 2020. Every year I have an issue with my AC, this year I was extremely stressed out wondering if I will have to go without air. I expressed my concerns being in the heat with my daughter who has asthma and the broker showed extreme gratitude and compassion by coming out himself to supply me with an AC unit to keep me and my family cool until repairs are done. Dealing with Property management companies can sometimes be a headache but Nortwest Real Estate gives it a different meaning, they go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are comfortable and happy living in their homes.

This company is amazing. Anytime we ever needed things repaired, it was taken care of in a timely manner. They always answer my emails. They also return my phone calls in a timely manner as well. The staff are kind. We were interested in the Move Up program and Mr. Guerra and his sons took the time to meet with us personally to explain how it all works. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. If there were more than 5 stars these people definitely deserve it!

Copernicus and Northwest Realty is literally the best!!! I have been using his services since 2009 and they never disappoint. No one will work harder for you and your home, I promise you. I love that they treat each and every home like its their own, the attention to detail to keep owners informed is above and beyond what any other property manager has done or will do. They try and hire the best when it comes to repairs and they always find the happy medium when it comes to quality and cost. I love that he personally is a Veteran and takes care of all his extended military family. Hes a professional and I love his work ethic and I wont go anywhere else because no one will work harder for you or what you pay than he will. I have had many issues with the builder and the builders warranty because of default piping in the home. This is where Copernicus and his team had to literally worked countless hours even days to make sure that every detail of repair was to his and my satisfaction. Never once did they complain, ignore my calls, I was informed through email, phone calls, you name it. Last thing anyone wants to stress about is a home they are renting with piping issues and by the way you live in another state. Not me, I just called set up a meeting with Copernicus and his team and from there, everything else was taken care of. Trust is something that is earned which is why Northwest Real Estate has once again earned my business for my investment home.

Doing business with Sandra and some other members of her team over the last several months has been a pleasure. Any question I had, and there were A LOT, she was able to either answer herself or get the answer for me using her many resources and promptly at that. I spoke with several different realtors and the information she was able to give me along getting us into a home we thought wasn’t at all going to be in our price range put her above and beyond other realtors that I had spoken with. She cleared her schedule and spent several full days showing me houses to make the most of my time as I traveled 1,400 miles just to go house hunting. Sandra continues to give me great input when I ask questions about being a new homeowner and even the area itself. Overall great experience with her and her team and would definitely do business again!

My family and I have been renters of one of their properties for the last 7 years. They have been a wonderful property management company to work with. They have been quick to respond, and fix any issues that arose during that time. We are relocating out of state, and are sad to leave such a great property, and property management company. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in San Antonio. They are all very friendly, polite, professional, and respectful of the fact that the rented property may not be your house, but that is your home.

I searched online for a rental property in San Antonio, Texas. I found a house in Alamo Ranch that was managed by Northwest Real Estate. Although skeptical because of online reviews, I decided to move forward with this home. We did all the paperwork remotely as I was moving from the Southeast. I rented the house unseen, and could only hope that it was in good of condition as what I had seen online. To my surprise, the house was exact to what I had seen online. To add, their online portal is very convenient and easy to use.I rented this home for a duration of two years. In the two years I feel there were some communication issues with the office staff, but nothing that created too much of an inconvenience. During this time I had minimal maintenance issues, and although I disagreed with being asked to pay for a plumbing issue, I obliged. I worked with the plumbing company and the property management to sort out the plumbing related bill that I disagreed with. The property management owner, Copernicus, went above and beyond my expectations to do the right thing, and refunded the paid amount.The older gentleman that came a few times to take pictures of the house was extremely nice. I scheduled to move out of the home, when the home owner decided to sell the home. When the home was placed for sale, Sandra & Laura, communicated the details regarding the showings of the home - they were very pleasant and professional.While I had a few maintenance concerns and a disagreement, overall I was pleased as a tenant. Copernicus in my opinion has acted with integrity and treated me fairly and respectfully. That goes a long way with me. Copernicus, Sandra, and Laura did what they could to find me another home in the area, but unfortunately none of the houses found met the size requirement I needed. I took care of the home as I had agreed to, and upon moving out I received the entirety of my deposit within a couple weeks.I moved to another area, but I would have definitely rented from Northwest Real Estate if a house with my size requirements was available. In the future I would consider utilizing Northwest Real Estate again, whether for a rental or purchasing a home. I would personally recommend them.

Northwest Realty managed my property for 5 years until I decided to move on from it. As a matter of fact, they were my realty company when I purchased the property in 2010. There is no one else I would utilize to manage a property. When I first made the decision to rent my property out, I knew nothing about what a property manager was. Copernicus Guerra and his team took the time to ensure I understood the process every step of the way. Over time, I have learned the secret to successful property management lies within 3 key factors. Those factors are accountability, availability, and communication. Northwest Realty goes above and beyond to provide all three. They make themselves available when needed. They hold not only tenants accountable, but owners as well. Their communication is top notch. They explain all leasing procedures in an easy to understand manner. They maintain communication with owners and tenants through text, phone, email, and even face to face when necessary. Do not hesitate to use their services for any of your real estate needs. They truly are a one-stop-shop, whether you are looking to buy, sell, or rent.

Northwest real estate has been managing our property from March 2020. We were looking for good automation, responsiveness, communication and trustworthiness. After considering a few companies me and my brother decided this was the best fit for us. The owner Copernicus is user friendly and even with my brother overseas he made sure to make himself available for conference calls to discuss the company and how everything works. There has not been a time where we have been unable to contact the property managers assigned to us. We are now on our second set of tenants, both by this company with less than 2 weeks vacancy time. They also ensured to provide detailed reports with pictures of the property so there were no surprises. When there was an issue, we were immediately notified and the issue was remedied. The details they maintain are impressive, I recently had a concern and Corpernicus didn’t pass the review to his workers. He personally went over each detail and addressed each concern. I can say he is professional and personable. The transparency of everything is what I value the most, that and the care they have for our property and I know it isn’t the only one they manage. This was not a scheduled call, we had an impromptu meeting and we were satisfied with the discussion. The property we have we care for and having experienced previous property managers. I have no issues giving this company 5 stars. They are military friendly and user friendly. Highly recommend using them as they are automated and every transaction is recorded and can be recalled upon request. The pictures are the best part since we aren’t physically in San Antonio. We plan to purchase more properties, we have to search for the properties but not the property manager.

All of our maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally by Mandy and her team. Recently I was locked out of my home on the weekend and when I called the office I was able to speak with Copernicus himself. After verifying I was the tenant, he quickly helped me get inside. I called on a house which was managed by Northwest. I was assigned to a young man Tallyn Guerra who truly impressed me. He was respectful, prompt and very responsive. I really appreciated the transparency and patience especially during this crazy housing market year. There are more SCAMS, management companies that are exploiting the situation, and shady company owned homes than ILLEGIT ONES. Read the entire application before signing. Read the reviews of companies with BBB and Consumer Protection. These people will ruin your credit and take thousands of dollars from you. The law is not on your side. Best of Luck to everyone trying to find rentals.

This is the second home that we have them managing. Have not had any issues in the 9 years we have been dealing with them. When it comes to maintenance, they really try to minimize the costs. In addition, the owner was very responsive to our concerns while we were trying to rent our second home out. Whatever questions/issues we wanted to discuss during the whole process, he would reply quickly with sound advice that was beneficial to us. We definitely would recommend them.

We started out leasing a home, that was thru NWRE. In less than a year the home went up for sale. Our agent Michele Hunt was absolutely amazing. I felt bad because I texted or emailed her multiple times a day. Never a problem, she was so helpful and between Michele, Stefan at our Mortgage company and Teresa at the title company we made it thru the purchase process. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend NWRE. The owner of NWRE is also a wealth of knowledge and calmed our nerves many times.

They provide a good record management of transactions, service calls, tax info, etc. Their personnel staff from the receptionist, accountants (Jeannie and others), management, owner, etc, are always courteous, helpful, concerned and friendly. Karen Loper and the team at Northwest Realeatate Property Managment are first class professionals in the area of customer service and Real Estate. My wife and I rented a home from April 2013 when I retired from the Military to April 2014. Every step of the way from repairs to rental payment to customer service the team at Northwest made it seemless and painless; very customer, user friendly. For rental payments and service requests they have a tenant portal which lets you pay your rent and if you need it get service at the click of a button which is very convienent with my very busy schedule. Anytime I needed a reair the response was timely and professional. As a renter I couldnt be more impressed with the service I received.If you are looking for a Real Estate Company to manage your rental property, I would highly recommend NW Realty. Theyare very good at making sure the tenant keeps up with their responsibilities such as: routine maintenace, ensuring that new Air Filters are installed monthly in the AC Unit, the hedges trimmed, lawn is mowed and edged and the yard is fertilized at the appropriate times. If I ever own a rental property I will no doubt hire Northwest Real Estate Property Managment to manage the property.When the time comes for me to buy, again, I will use Northwest Realty because I know I will receive the best service available.
