    This was the third or fourth property management company I had worked with and Northpoint was the first company to not give me grief about any parts of my application. Straightforward process! Much thanks to Shellye Stone for being thorough, prompt, and communicative! She detailed the steps of the process via phone and email and nothing changed along the way!     Shellye has been so amazing to work with! After hearing so many horror stories from friends trying to find a rental property these days, I was pleasantly surprised! Shellye has been with us every step of the way from viewing, application, approval, and receiving the keys to our lovely new home! She answered all of my MANY questions and never made me feel like a burden. I would definitely work with her again in the future if needed!

    Stephanie McCoy with Northpoint Asset Management was amazing to work with as my realtor. She was very patient and helped my wife and I for a very long time, and never got frustrated with the amount of time it took for us to find the right house for us. Stephanie is also an amazing property manager. She manages upwards of 70 properties and knows where everyone of them stands at any given moment. She has fantastic communication with her contractors, tenants, and homeowners to make sure the properties are well taken care of and kept pristine. I would 100 percent recommend Stephanie and Northpoint to any of my friends or family!

    Northpoint is a great company to do business with! The tools and systems they use are very up to date and user friendly. Its comprised of yearly & monthly statements, itemized billing, receipts etc. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for 4 years! She was on top of everything! She kept me informed about my tenants, performed thorough inspections, filed all paperwork for my court appearances and showed up on my court date and she also assisted me with selling my property. Since I lived out of state, I had to put all my trust in Stephanie and she didnt let me down. She was dependable and consistently followed through on everything I asked of her. I can go on and on about her...But Ill stop there! Thanks for everything Stephanie!
