My leasing agent was Holly Holmes Williams. I could not have asked for a better person to get me acclimated into my new condo than her. She was professional and kind. I had to start a new job within a couple of days and she made the transition so much easier than I could of dreamed. I walked in a stressed out woman and went to a new job relaxed and ready for work. Holly had towels, soap, rugs, a shower curtain and several other items I did not have to dig for immediately. I highly recommend her services and will use her again.

My experience with Northpoint has been great but primarily because of my property manager, Andre Ford. He manages multiple properties of mine and I couldn’t be happier. He has been extremely helpful, transparent and reliable through the whole process. He even gave the contractors and I ideas on how to renovate my home while being cost effective. Extremely communicative and easy to reach; I can tell he has a passion for what he does in the service he provides.

Marquae Webb is the Senior Manager at Northpoint Asset Management, and I could not be happier with his service. I went through a realtor to initially find the property, and Mr. Webb has been helping me over the last year.As the face of NAM, he is attentive, communicates exceptionally well, and made the move-in transition very smooth. The autopay, lease agreement, and inspection was effortless as well.I had a work order request for the thermostat, and a technician came out to address the issue quickly.Highly recommend. All 5 stars are well-deserved.

Northpoint asset management has been a real ASSET to us. We were searching for a good professional firm to look after our rental homes. Holly Williams made our job very smooth and guided us through the process legally and correctly . She was able to answer our frequent questions and we found her very patient in handling some of the sticky situations. The timely process of receiving the rental checks straight into our accounts ,the ledgers and other accounting information available at the click of the mouse makes filing our tax returns a breeze. Holly Holmes-Williams has been an incredible source of knowledge and provided the greatest peace of mind someone could have for a move. My wife and I are relocating to a city weve never been to, during a pandemic and Holly was able to walk us through everything from start to finish! We couldnt be happier with this company and Holly specifically who made this a super simple move and can not wait to arrive in Houston on Monday and get our keys! Holly is a very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated agent. She helped us manage our rental property in New Braunfels, TX. We live in CA, so there are a lot of inconveniences. Finally, Holly took care of our property, she helped us rent it out in two weeks, and found a very good tenant. We are so appreciative of her help. Northpoint Asset Management of Houston has been taking care of our rental properties since 2012 and our experience with them is great. Since I am an out of town investor, it is nice to have a diligent property management who oversees the operation and responds to the tenants request promptly. Our units were hardly ever vacant. They scan the tenants well and make sure the units are well taking care off. All income and expenses pertaining to our rental properties are posted online through owner portal which make it easier for me to monitor the operation remotely on top of facilitates my tax filling at the end of the year. We especially thank Holly Holmes-Williams for been a great property manager. Beside from keeping our investment profitably, she doesn’t mind of going the extra miles to help me out with other issues. We highly recommend Northpoint Asset Management for their services.

Thanks to Kaneisha I am able rent one of my homes, keeping it as an investment property, with no worries. I did not want to pay two mortgages when I bought my new home, but wanted to keep my first house. With no experience with being a landlord, busy career, and a growing family, I knew I needed an asset manager that can get the house rented fast and at my price point. Kaneisha came in and promised me Id have a tenant in just two weeks AND at the price I wanted, and she accomplished both! With Northpoint AMs help I have decent tenants and peace of mind along with consistent monthly income. Kaneisha and I communicate questions, issues, and updates either by call or text.
