Benjamin Hales has been my landlord I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with north point Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the plumbing or electricity, etc. Maintenance is always quick and thorough ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Northpoint, and I strongly recommend their properties to all looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Northpoint, it’s always great with the service and response time. I couldn’t be happier! -

Ive been living at the Destination Apartments for a few years, and I have to say, the change in management has been a game-changer! The new management team has been doing A LOT to improve and maintain the property.Allison, in particular, has been incredibly responsive and professional. Whenever Ive had an issue or a request, shes right on top of it, ensuring that everything gets taken care of promptly and efficiently. Her dedication to resident satisfaction is truly commendable.Under the new managements guidance, the property has undergone a remarkable transformation. The landscaping is now well-maintained, common areas are clean and inviting, and theres a renewed sense of community among the residents. The updates and improvements to the apartments themselves are also very noticeable, making this a truly comfortable and enjoyable place to live.Im thrilled with the positive changes Ive seen at the Destination Apartments under the new management. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonnetra Walker at Northpoint Asset Management in Dallas, Texas to sell a property I had purchased. Before working with Northpoint, our property stayed on the market for over a year with no offers. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with Jonnetra! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Jonnetra was professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. Bruce Yamini is an amazing and excellent Property Manager. I met him at the Open House of the Property located at 517 Newport Court In Murphy. His pleasant demeanor and my need to find a house that met my family needs resulted in a respectable Property Manager/Tenant relationship. During my three year lease period, Bruce always exhibited very polite and professional behavior. He always responded to service requests in a timely manner. Needless to state, I was shocked and very disappointed when I was informed by his colleague that Bruce would no longer be the Property Manager of 517 Newport Court. I did not receive an explanation as to why the sudden unexpected change in Property Managers however, I did speculate that the Property Owner initiated a request to have Bruce replaced. Bruce is a very seasoned Property Manager who consistently proved to be competent in managing a very impatient and demanding Property Owner. I became a “fan favorite of Bruce Yamini and I commend his work ethic and Professional Acumen as a Property Manager. -

When I get to finally talk to someone they are nice. It’s middle of June air conditioner went out at our place. Called a couple different numbers spoke to no one. Did a service request on the portal. Temperature in house reached to 91. Finally called again and got a hold of someone, they did send someone out the next day. They could not repair the air conditioner and haven’t heard back from anyone. It went out on Thursday, this is Monday afternoon, I left another message this morning, still no response.Update, they did call back, they bought a window unit for temporary till the ac gets fixed. Like I said previously they are really nice. They thought the ac company was talking to me. -

I worked with Bruce for several years. I always found him extremely professional and responsive. I live in California so it was very important to me to work with someone that I knew could handle any situation that came up with my rental. Bruce did that for me over and over again. I was so fortunate to have him not only take care of numerous problems in such an easy seamless way but also to give me good advice on a number of issues. I can’t think Bruce enough for all he has done for me. -
