    Most property manager are sub-par at best. This company is stellar and top of the line. I have lived in one of their properties for a couple years now and plan to stay for many more years. I usually deal with Andrew at North Texas Property Management. I think he is the owner. This company is not the typical management company. Most of them are focused solely on the landlords needs, ignoring tenants concerns. Not North Texas Property Management is different. They care about tenants and landlords alike. Every maintenance request is handled in a timely manner, every email answered, most phone calls answered and if not returned. I highly recommend this company, most specifically, Andrew to Landlords and tenants alike. Professionalism at its finest!

    NTMP is a great management company with great service and good service fee. I have been with them now for over 9 years. Jason, Jane, Andrew and Kelly have stellar customer service. Last year we had a long time tenant move out and had do do basically a complete remodel to the tune of 27k! They handled everything! even worked with us on the money because coming up that amount in a short time is not an easy task. They have an excellent group of craftsman that handled everything from the cleaning to the painting of the interior and exterior, carpeting, floor repair, fixture replacement, landscaping, fencing, concrete repair and washing... I may have missed a few things but complete remodel.... Everything! Very convenient for us as we live 2000 miles away. I highly recommend them for your rental management needs. I have had other companies in the past but being able to handle such large events sets them apart in my opinion and doing excellent work in a short period of time with do delays and providing a quote with no changes and add-ons is above and beyond expectation.

    Have leased a home from NTPM for about 3 years now in Mesquite and cannot begin to say how pleased I have been with their service. They work hand in hand with the owner of the home and all issues in maintenance and safety of the home have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. Paying monthly rent has been a breeze via their online site and dealing with the Property Manager, Andrew, has been seamless. Would recommend NTPM to anyone looking to rent a quality property at a reasonable price in the North Texas area.

    For the sake of brevity, I can describe North Texas property management with the following words professional, dependable, knowledgeable, high integrity, very reliable, and willing to share expert guidance to someone who is new to the role of landlord and will be remote from the property.After a brief description of my options about the property, Jason shared with me that he was not interested in this specific property for either lease or purchase. I expect the next sound I heard would be a click of him hanging up on me. Instead, his role changed from potential vendor to a trusted advisor. I was very pleased with how much time he would spend with someone who clearly would not directly contribute to his revenue stream. I knew how experienced they were when he sent a colleague to assess the property. The degree of specificity that was returned to me was far beyond what I expected. But it did provide a basis for me to decide with Jason’s help what my next steps needed to be.Having heard horror tales about remote landlords, I still would feel very comfortable giving them full reins to make the appropriate management decision that needed to be made.

    I am a current renter in a property managed by this group, and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the house I’m in. You can tell that this team takes pride in their properties. They also have a great support staff who were helpful and communicative throughout the application and move-in process.I also appreciated their transparency regarding their rental criteria, it’s all on the website spelled out in detail.I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to rent, or looking for their own property to be managed professionally.

    Jason and his team at North Texas Property Management has managed my rental in Crowley for about 5 years. I have been very pleased with the service they provide. They are able to fill vacancies very quickly and they keep me well informed of what is going on with my rental. One time that I had a tenant move out they had the house re-rented within 2 days.I wish I could clone his team to manage other rentals outside of Texas. I highly recommend talking to Jason if you are in need of a Great Property Management team.

    We strongly recommend Jason and his team. From the very start, Jason made sure he understood our objectives, and he went above and beyond to make sure expectations were met. His team is extremely fast and responsive. We sold our home at a very difficult time after losing my mother, and the support that we got from him and his team was so appreciated. He made the process seamless and as easy as possible. We could not have asked for a better experience. We have since asked his assistance in selling my mothers home (a much smaller home) and the experience was exactly the same. Thank you to him and his team!

    I have been with North Texas Property Management since 2006 from my very first rental property. If I remember correctly it was about 1 week or so and the property was rented. I later acquired several other properties of which they have managed and been 100% diligent in their work and responsiveness. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for property management. They are truly excellent in their work from finding tenants to the entire move out, clean up process. Best experience and worry free for any investor! You could not ask for more!

    Jason and his team at NTPM helped my wife and I find our dream home in July 2019. Jason was with us all the way, from identifying and screening properties, picking us up and dropping us, and providing his expert opinion on how we should go about choosing a house. He also helped us think through what potential changes wed like to make to the house after buying. These were incredibly valuable to us, given that this was our first home-buying experience and we were moving from a different state.Jason removed a lot of stress, understood our timelines, likes and dislikes and helped us understand and navigate the home-buying process. The team was very professional, and helped us with identifying inspectors, and working with the title company. Jasons focus on customer experience is relentless, for example, he even helped us with getting our appliances installed, carpets cleaned and a host of other little things that made our life so much more easier. I would certainly recommend Jason for realtor services in Texas!

    When I wanted to purchase the home that I was renting, the staffing professionals at NTXPM not only helped to negotiate my offer with the homeowner, but they went above and beyond to work with my lenders and helped to arrange the necessary inspections and repairs needed to get the loan. All of the paperwork was done in-house so I never felt like I was overwhelmed with who to call and if I was missing something important. Some levels of professionalism are hard to achieve - these folks, make it look easy. PS - Three years running and I still love my home!

    I dont take the time to write many reviews but felt so strongly of the effort and professionalism NTPM did on my behalf went above and beyond that I wanted to strongly recommend them.NTPM not only took care of my property tax dispute but spent much effort and time helping me to determine a fair value for my house when a potential buyer inquired. They did not ask for any compensation for the comps but just did it out of customer service.Truly great customer service.Their team is so knowledgeable and has access to so much data that they are by far the best in this area at what they do.

    Jason and Jane helped us through the whole process as first time home buyers and they were AMAZING!!! If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.     North Texas Property Management came to the rescue in more ways than one! Helping guide me each step of the way to end the previous relationship with the other company.Back in 2016, I was an excited first-time landlord. I Found a management company to help take over the property. But after a short time, I began to realize that it was a complete disaster. From communications with me and the tenants to contractor invoice manipulation to blatant disregard for the property. After the property sat empty for an extended period, I decided to fire that company.During the transition, I was given a way to talk with someone from NTXPM directly. I had a lot of questions and even more hesitations to work with another management company. Theyve by far exceeded my expectations. I feel the managers genuinely care about the benefit and wellbeing of the property, tenant, and owners. Its so great to have such a trustworthy property management company.I would highly recommend this team for all your needs.     I have used North Texas Property Management for years. They are reliable, honest and provide prompt service when needed. I am a licensed Realtor and could manage properties in house but have decided to chose a reputable company that can handle our investments. I refer North Texas Property Management to clients that I have that purchase investment properties.

    I bought a property 1 year ago in Wylie Tx. I checked out the reviews of NTPM, met with owner Jason at NTPM office. I decided I would have them find a tenant and manage the property as I am an out of state owner. A tenent was found in about a month. I receive simple, easy to read statements regarding the administration of collecting rent from the property . All my phone calls and emails to NTPM were returned usually same day. Fortunately for me, NTPM found me a great tenent for the property that pays rent monthly on the year lease and keeps the property in excellent shape. Thus far I am very pleased with NTPM and with the tenent they found for the property. I consider myself to be quite fortunate to have NTPM and the tenent they found for my property.
