Ive been a resident of Noel Apt for 6yrs, maintenance always do a great job at responding & keeping the complex clean. The last freeze Dallas experience the maintenance went above & beyond they shuffle snow from every walkway and all the stairs throughout the complex 10⭐🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ from me.

Very happy resident! 🤩Clean, quiet, gated, safe, central, close to Addison shopping and restaurants. Great school districtFrom day one, touring the property, to living here for the last 9 months, I have been very happy and pleased with the Noel staff. Autumn greeted me with enthusiasm, she was straight forward and professional. In addition, she was patient and supported me above and beyond, because I was in a crunch to find a safe home. The maintenance man, Alfredo, is also kind and professional. But he is quick to respond to any needed repairs. Honestly Im impressed with them.

Noel on the Parkway was my home for SIX years. The apartments are older, but management has done a great job renovating and keeping up with the property. The maintenance duo is one of the things that makes this property so special. Anytime I had to make a service call, Alfredo and Jose were QUICK to take care of my request, were always kind and courteous, and did an outstanding job each time. The office staff are also very friendly and addressed all my concerns immediately. Beatriz, the manager, is a treat to work with. They send frequent communication to notify us of anything happening on the property. They also conduct safety meetings with local police which helped me feel safer. They frequently do special resident events and gift card drawings. It was such a treat to live here and I will miss every minute of it.

I have been residing at Noel for about 3 years. It has been a great experience everyone inebthe office has been very courteous and respectful. All maintenance is executed within 24 hours. A follow-up is in place. It is quiet. I recommend. My grand loves togo swimming always clean.

I’ve been living at the Noel for two years now and it’s been fantastic! This is my first apartment and I’m so happy to say I’ve had such a good experience here. It’s quiet, it’s clean, and the staff is very attentive. If I ever need to submit an order I hear back or have it fixed within 24 to 48 hours, and sooner if it’s urgent. Whenever I have a question I know I can just go to the office or call in and get a quick and friendly answer. It’s also super convenient that I’m close to a bunch of restaurants, stores, the mall, and bars. Everything I need is right by me. I absolutely love living here!

I have lived here for 2 years and recently moved out to another city. I must say that I spent 2 years here, very peacefully. These guys are very considerate. Any time I had any maintenance issue, they were very prompt in fixing them. Their management is very good too. Usually, I had heard that apartment guys do not refund your deposit back. However, I got it back fully 😊😊( little bit credit to me too, as I left the apartment same as I had entered it on the first day, fully cleaned). Do consider to live here as these guys are continuously improving. I remember when I was looking for a place 2 years back, the rating of this apartment was 2.7 and I was bit skeptical whether I should live here or not. I am glad I made that decision, this place became my home 🏡.

Ive been living here for a couple months and so far its a really quite and calm apartment complex, and I have to say, one of the cleanest Ive seen. My apartment might not be the newest but it was clean and no issues with pest or stuff like that. I highly recommend to speak to Karla, one of the office managers, she helped me thru the process and made it so easy and personal. Shes professional and bilingual in case you need it.

I’ve been here less than three months and am already blown away with the level of professionalism and care that Noel on the Parkway provides to new renters. From day 1, Beatriz has been an absolute SUPERSTAR in assisting with moving my family in. She definitely makes you feel welcome and helps to get any issues worked out immediately. You can tell she runs a tight ship, and it is reflected throughout the complex.Shoutout to Gabriela as well, she was such a joy to speak with and I definitely appreciated her touring us around our apartment in chilly weather.The only thing is just the tight parking, but it’s a minor issue compared to the benefits of staying here.Overall, Im very excited to stay here and see what else Noel on the Parkway has to offer.Huge thank you to the ladies in the office for everything!

The complex here is the best Ive lived so far. They actually respond quickly if you need help with something. If I have a maitinence request, maitinence (very sweet men) gets here in 72hrs or less, Ive never had to call twice to ask that something gets fixed/replaced. Even when trash valet kept missing our trash, the managers handled it for us and it made us feel like they actually care about our experience here. My other 2 complexes Ive lived at SUCKED compared to this one just in terms of service and caring for their tenants. Managers have always been kind and respectful the 2+ years Ive lived here. Place is always tidy. Only thing I wish is there was a bigger dog run/park but theres like 3 dog parks within 2 miles of here so its not a big issue.Update: the Staff here is incredible. Theyre always kind AND they added a new dog poop station! Loving it. ❤️

There are so many positive things I can think to say about my experience at Noel on the Parkway, and I just moved in on the 3rd! For starters, my application/approval process was overseen by Yazmin, who was very attentive, was quick to respond or answer any questions I had, and was very professional. I wanted to move in on the 1st, but the unit I applied for was pushed back to the 8th, and Yazmin spoke with the maintenance crew to move up my move in date. We recently experienced an ice storm and Beatriz contacted me to let me know that they were doing everything in their power to get me moved in by the 3rd, and everyone I’ve spoken to on their staff has been nothing but helpful, kind and welcoming. They were honest about my apt potentially not being ready on time, but kept their word about honoring my move in, which really meant a lot to me. All the positive reviews this complex and staff have are accurate. It’s a quiet and well kept complex, and my apt was spotless upon my move in. It’s also very family friendly and everyone just seems happy here. I’m so glad I chose to live here and signed a 15 month lease! If you want to live somewhere with a leasing staff that goes above and beyond, this is it! Thank you so much Yazmin and Beatriz!

The maintenance team at Noel on the Parkway is the best. Even if I’m a little cranky, they are always very sweet and professional. I usually deal with Jose, I I have met another wonderful gentleman Alfredo perhaps? So sorry if I’m getting his name wrong! I highly recommend this property. I’ve never had any issues. Well, sometimes I can smell the neighbor cigarette smoke but you can’t change everybody lol!

Management is very responsive and the community is quiet. Maintenance is prompt and attentive. Our maintenance requests have been solved within 24 hours and efficiently. Both maintenance staff are experienced and helpful!

There were a few issues when I moved in but they were resolved quickly. The place is relatively quiet however, I must add that I live in the townhouses and not the flats so I can’t speak on those. The tiles in front of my fireplace don’t match but it’s not really a problem. The gate has been working everyday since I moved in so that’s a definite plus. Overall, it’s decent living for the price. I’d definitely ask for the appliance upgrade if you can afford it.

I was here for a good 4+ years and I must say Ive nothing but positives overall. The apartment management especially Alejandra is a extremely helpful and friendly. They always ensure the maintenance requests were taken care of on time . Recently they started a new community patrol service to further improve the safety aspects. Id highly recommend Noel to anyone who is looking for a really nice apartment community in the heart of addisson, close to all the public transport and restaurants. Please visit them and take a tour to make an informed decision.

Been here for two years now. Very satisfied. I always get maintenance when I call. I might have to wait the next day depending on what time I called, but they always show up, they even call before arriving. The workers are very polite and the management here has helped me out of a pickle once or twice. The only thing I dislike is the dog run. Could be better, could be more green.

Soeum is the ultimate leasing agent! She has a phenomenal spirit that lights up a room. I have never had such a great experience quite like hers. We connected on so many levels and she made me feel at ease with deciding on Noel on the Parkway. She made it feel like home! She assisted me throughout the entire process from start to finish and it was an awesome decision. Her motherly presence allowed me to be comfortable with touring the apartment without my mom and when my mom was able to attend Soeum tended to her as well. Soeum is one of the main reasons I decided to sign with Noelle the Parkway after visiting other apartments. She is one of a kind! Very professional, driven and passionate not only about Noel on the Parkway but also helping people. 10/10 experience!

I have personally been a resident here for almost a year. Staff is very friendly, always smiling, the location makes it an easy access to get around Dallas since I move around a lot. Soeum, is a awesome leasing consultant to have on your side and found out she lives where I came from! She’s awesome and answers all of your questions you might have. Nothing, but smiles from her!!The neighbors are friendly. Eateries everywhere so you’re never on short supply of options when you’re looking through Uber eats or DoorDash. This is my first apartment by myself and I’ve been told that this is great spot in Dallas. You’re in the city without being “in the city.” It’s cool to walk outside on your patio and see tall building, but you’re still in a quiet area that’s tucked away. That was a biggie for me. Thank you for making this experience awesome! Hoping to stay longer while I finish school! 🤞🏾

The time for consideration of the application for rent is the fastest of all the apartment complexes where I applied. The apartments offered to me are very very clean. At night, the entrance gates are closed and only those who have an access code have access to the territory. I am very glad that I was approved for apartments in this complex.
