I have been renting my home through NHS Property Management for the last 6yrs. Carrie Hatfield helped me find this home and has been accessible throughout my entire lease. Recently the owner of the home decided to sell the house and provided me a 30day notice. Carrie went out of her way to not only assist me with potentially getting into a new home, but initiated and guided me in communicating with the owner to extend my lease. Due to the state of the market, this request for an extension was a beneficial agreement for everyone. Everyone came out ahead because of Carrie’s knowledge, care, and concern for not just the business, but for the owners and the tenants she works with. I couldn’t ask for more from a Property Manager. I own three rental houses which NHS Properties manage for me, so I’m a very small client. However, Carrie, Aracely and Kilie treat me like I’m the only owner they have. I have worked with another property management company in the past, but, until I moved my properties to NHS Properties, I did not realize this level of customer service and commitment to ensuring my part-time rental business’ success was possible. No matter what I’ve needed, my request is always met with a professional, cheerful “how can I help” attitude. The accounting system and financial records are simple and easy to understand while still providing all the information I need to send to my accountant at year-end. Carrie’s extremely streamlined approach to records management has literally saved me hours each month. I no longer have to review every transaction to categorize it because it’s already been done. I have learned much about dealing with landlord/tenant issues by observing her very straightforward, practical methods of finding and retaining suitable tenants. She has also educated me on landlord / real-estate issues when I have made a less than great decision at times. I’m still relatively new to this business, and I could not have found a better partner from whom to learn. The best business decision I’ve made in the past few years was to call Carrie and ask her to take me as a client. So very happy that she agreed! Looking forward to many more years of partnership. I rented from this property management for almost 4 years and they were phenomenal. The staff was always friendly. If you had maintenance issues they were addressed within 24 hours or less. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live.

I have been working with Kilie for almost a month, asking every question that jumped into my mind about the property and the lease and the neighborhood. Kilie was nothing but patient and helpful as well as extremely responsive. I very much enjoyed my experience with NHS properties and Kilie specifically and am looking forward to working with them in the future.Update: 5/31/22I lived in this apartment for a year and I cannot over emphasize how great this management team is. They are responsive, personable, and responsible. If the complex where I was living had larger spaces I’m not sure I would have ever left. Thank you to the NHS property management team for being so great!

The NHS team have been doing an awesome job on taking care of our property for over a decade. Yes decade. Good and great tenants have come and gone but the NHS team has always stayed true and through. Thank you for taking care ALL minor and major issues when we are so far away.

Been renting from nhs properties since 2020, I have nothing bad to say im just greatful I can still afford to live here, its getting really scary with all the soring rent prices, last year was a 300 dollar hike and this year went up by 25.00, im so greatful and thankful and humble it wasnt another price hike🙏🏾 I truly believe they do the best they can to keep tenants happy, my family love our rental as if its our own.

Great quiet place to live they send maintenance out right away for anything that goes wrong and their lawn people are there every two weeks on!!
