The best apartment complex in the area, great professional maintenance service by Joe and excellent customer service by Maritza in the office, not the newest complex but latest reviews seems like are a couple of people that are not happy or angry, but if they wanted live better???? Go ahead and pay a lot more $$$$ in a brand new property, anyways, I live on that kinda properties before and never have the service that the staff of Newport at Clear Lake give to the residents, besides that, over here its peaceful and not crimes,I love to live here and very affordable 😀

Professional, courteous service from everyone. Joe from maintenance is always around, prompt, and in great disposition to help. Maritza in management is friendly and a proactive problem solver. They’ve greatly helped my elderly grandma as she lives alone. Unfortunately, they don’t get enough credit due to residents who do not respect community guidelines.

Maritza from the leasing office is game changer. She is just awsome at what she does, really sweet, helpful, understanding. I am moving from far away to newport and she has been great support from day one. She is active on calls, emails and gave me all updates minute to minute. Can never thank her enough. Im really grateful for our maintenance repairer, Joe- since I moved in few months ago- Ive been seeing a few mishaps that were left by the previous tenants.Since then, he has been very focused on repairing the immediate issues and even helped carry a few heavy items that I would not be able to do on my own. Joe has been really vital to our community and deserves his own recognition on here. Im really glad hes part of it! Many thanks!

It’s been great living here! Maritza has been super welcoming and helpful (especially whenever an issue arises)! Joe is quick with maintenance requests, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. The homes are super cozy and definitely a good price for what you get, especially in the Clear Lake City area!

We are going on our second year living here, and we absolutely love it. The community is quiet, whenever we have a maintenance issue Joe is quick to fix it as quickly as possible and accommodates us in any way he can, and I absolutely adore Maritza. She’s so sweet, understanding and makes tenants feel like she’s a friend, not a landlord. We just moved from a 1 bed to a 2 bed townhome and they made the transition so smooth.Thanks guys for going above and beyond!

We currently just moved into Newport apartments and our application process couldn’t have been any easier. The complex is very well maintained and kept.The manager Maritza was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. I am looking forward to seeing how the rest of our renting experience pans out.

Maintenance came out quickly for issue with ac unit. Considering he is the only Maintenance on the property, being under staffed is an issue. Not only having an issue with ac going out but also mildew growing where a leak once was upon first moving in the unit. All issues that shouldve been addressed before moving into the unit. Love the property but Maintenance could definitely use another experienced individual to devide and concur everything this property is still in need of.

I needed a home and Newport Apartments gave me that . Ms.Maritzo was very sweet and calm threw our application and talked us threw it , the process was easy also . I love the detail and lay out , there are some ticks here and there but they’re small just as Andy were else and the Maintenance Man , Mr.Johan is that’s , he does all he can to help the people of the building and makes sure we live good here and when there is a problem he wail be there to fix it

My first apartment in US, the management are very cooperative and available always to solve the issue if any. Good interiors and have plenty car parking. Swimming pool always open and clean for swimming. Excellent place to live and I had a life time memories.

When i first move over there is was a mess new management had just took over and didnt know what anything about the apartments or what the mangers before had going before they took over. But the new black lady thats the manager helping out. She made sure i had everything i need her and her boss i wanted to move and everything. She But was a bless. I like my apartment now Thanks to her!!

I was in Houston trying to decide if I wanted to move to the city. I toured a few apt complexes and Newport stood out. Lucia was very helpful and took me on a tour. The pool is really nice, the price was good and there is a lot of parking. Still not sure if I am moving, but will consider it if I do.

Every time there has been an issue they come fix it. Staff is really cool and its really quiet! Stamp of approval for an apartment, 1000 a month is kind of high, but that is my ONLY complaint. Good Job Newport!

Currently live here, hands down the best of all the inexpensive apartments in Clear Lake on Space Center Blvd, the front desk workers are friendly and always answer or return calls, our AC went out during summer and it was taken care of quickly, overall a quiet and drama-free place to live, definitely recommend
