Jack Austin & New Western are a great piece to the puzzle of the real estate flipping process! Theres many pieces that all come together to make a success. Having them give fair offers to sellers and still being able to market it to investors at a price theyre willing to make a profit is what I appreciate. Also in building a relationship,they want to look out for your success. Ive had now numerous successful transactions with them and all have made the anticipated profit or more. They promote that you do your own due diligence and dont push you into something thats not in your buy box. Yes they have deadlines, but dont we all because all parties depend on them.

She remained in contact with us throughout the entire process, when it came to viewing and bidding on the property she walked us through the entire process.
