I had some things come up in my personal life and David was patient with me, built the relationship and stayed in contact for 2 years until I was ready to buy an investment property wholesale. He found the ideal property for me. There were several delays with funding and being over the holidays but he kept the deal moving forward even when people on my side were dragging their feet. He got the deal closed by being in touch with all parties and helping me the buyer and the seller get to closing. At this awesome price we stand to make a 40% ROI within the first 3 months and over a 300% ROI over the term of our seller finance loan.
