If you are looking to use New Western as a supplier of wholesale properties in the Tarrant county area, I highly suggest Logan Lewis. He always makes sure to point out properties that fit our investment criteria as they acquire them. He puts an extra special touch to how he presents them to you, and Im able to buy confidently from the ones he shows me. The couple of deals weve done with him have all turned out to be great investments! Highly recommend to fix and flip investors!

New Western was actually my first experience with a wholesale company so I have nothing to compare it to...lol...BUT I will say this. My representative Brian Thlang is AMAZING! He is always available, VERY patient, always willing to explain, and always made me feel like he had our best interest. As far as New Western itself, the process to start using their services was very personable and easy. They made sure I fully understood everything and i never felt pressured. The only negative thing i can say is their double closing costs. That seemed different and expensive to me...but again, I have nothing to compare it to so it may be normal. 😂 All in all i will definitely use them again and would definitely refer them to others. ☺

They do a great job at finding quality deals, and helping walk the client through the entire purchase process including advising on the renovation, lending options and the actual closing at the title company.
