All around the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. My wife and I met Janice about 10 years ago when we first moved to Shreveport. She worked hard to help us find our first home and make the purchase process as seamless as possible. We lived there for a couple of years amd then moved out of state. We turned our home over to her and her property management team. Over the last few years they did a great job of taking care of our home and keeping it rented for us. We decided to sell this year and again they did a great job of finding a buyer and we successfully closed on the property a month later. I would highly recommend New Covenant to anyone.

The ladies at New Covenant Realty are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, friendly and thorough. They were quick to notify us that the tenant needed repairs. It didnt matter that we were states apart, these ladies gave us a piece of mind in knowing that our home was in good hands. The ladies also assisted us with the sell of our home. It was a quick, smooth, and easy process. We would recommend them to anyone currently looking to rent, buy, or sale a home.

I have to say, This is the absolute BEST Property management Company/Realtor, Ive EVER dealt with, I moved back to Shreveport/Bossier a little over 2 years ago and was fortunate enough to rent a property from New Covenant, And in the two years I lived there Chandra, and Janice treated me just like Family, Chandra was always on top of any and all issues or maintenance problems that occurred, Even following up with me on the weekend, to make sure I was happy! She even touched base with me on the regular, to make sure things were running smoothly, This lady is one of a kind, and probably the hardest working property manager on the planet, Fast forward 2 years and Janice found my DREAM HOUSE for me, After explaining the benefits of buying vs renting, She Walked me through the house buying process, and was there every step of the way to insure the deal went through on time, and on my terms, Shes undoubtedly one of the very best and knowledgeable realtors in the entire state, Love is a very strong word, BUT in this case it fits perfectly, I just Love both of these ladies, If you use ANY other realty company for your rental/buying needs youre doing yourself and your family a great injustice #GoTeamNewCovenant WOOP!
