    I was a tenant with Neighborhood Realty & Property Management for over two and a half years, and my experience was very positive.Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, and the team was consistently quick to respond. Anytime I needed assistance, Robbie Sparks, my Property Manager, was exceptionally responsive and understanding. She always approached situations with professionalism and a genuine sense of empathy, making me feel understood and cared for.If I sum up my experience with NRPM in two words, it would be fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management company.

    NRPM has been amazing! Their property was clean and as described. No surprises! Small repairs that needed to be done were attended to instantly and repaired within a week! No other management company has been this attentative, and friendly! Not to menetion they worked out an amazing deal for me for move in! 10/10 would recommend!

    I was renting for about 5 years with this company. Property was well kept and everything I could have asked for. The management is amazing with any issues that come up. They are quick to getting any maintenance requests done or if you have any questions in general. I would highly recommend.

    I would like to say Robbie Sparks is by far the Best I have ever worked with. Shes very understanding and the sweetest person Ive had the pleasure with working with since living on my own. I highly recommend working with Neighborhood Realty.

    Ive lived at a duplex thats been managed by Neighborhood for about 6-7 months and theyve been great. The management is all very friendly - they respond to all my maintenance requests within 24-48 business hours(and I feel like 48 hours is usually a little late).Carol and Patrick are both great to talk to. I recently spoke with Patrick about some lease options and he was very friendly and receptive.I found the property after talking to Carol and she was professional, informative and friendly with every email and interaction.

    The entire staff at NRPM was absolutely amazing. Aubrie and Robbie were so great to work with and were very understanding with our unique circumstances. Robbie met us on the day of move in and walked through to explain everything and welcome us to the home. They communicate quickly and are very professional! We had an unexpected move and a really terrible experience with our previous property manager. NRPM made the new move-in so easy, I would highly recommend them as a tenant and I would recommend them to anyone needing a property managed! They helped a really terrible situation transition into a really enjoyable new beginning! We love the new home and are excited for our new memories here! Thank you so much for making this a smooth move! Its rare to have such an overall superior customer service experience from start to finish, and it did not go unnoticed at all!

    Shelby!!! Shelby Biggs(the directer of maintenance) was absolutely amazing , he saved my wife and I from a snake and provided support the entire time. Would recommend this property management company to anyone.

    NRPM has been amazing! I spoke to different realtor companies for months while looking for our new home. Many fell through, had rude service, and made me feel like I had to do all the work in searching. The moment I linked up with NRPM they went to work! Within days I found a property, submitted my info, and boom we had a new home!! Their response time is amazing and impressive. They took care of everything and provided detailed steps. A BIG thanks to Maricio, Robbie, and Shelby for helping me feel so comfortable. This is the place to go when you are ready for a new home! Great job guys!!

    This is a great company! They managed a rent house for us for over ten years without any major problems. We live over 150 miles away from the property and they made owning rental property a painless endeavor. They even direct deposited the monthly checks. Then when we decided to sell the house they took care of all the work to get the property in fantastic shape and ready to sell. We were shocked over how good the home looked when they were done and at their suggestion we priced the property a little above the top of the market in order to take advantage of a Sellers market. Because of the outstanding job they did we ended up in a bidding war with over seventy offers in three days. We ended up accepting an all cash contract for over $57,000.00 above the original asking price. We strongly recommend this outstanding property management company.

    The most professional organization I have had the pleasure to work with. Starting with the people that showed us the property, to the maintenance crew. Our property manager Carol has been amazing. Always available to help with any questions we have about the property. During the storm, they kept us informed of maintenance issues and needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent!!!!

    Been through so many different companies, landlords, and all sorts of management companies through all my living situations here in Austin, TX since 2002. NRPM has really done a great job taking care of my needs as a renter and making every process so easy. I highly recommend this team for your needs as a renter and owner. The communication is fast and nothing is through the cracks. Sometimes all it takes is just some clear and upfront communication and that is highly appreciated.

    I love Neighborhood Realty! Patrick Juve has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with, especially with any maintenance issue I have ever had. I have a pool in the house I rent and I paid to have it cleaned with a contractor through Neighborhood Realty the second I was displease with his lack of service Patrick immediately intervened on my behalf and replace the contractor with another company that has been nothing but good to me, this is just one of the many incidents where Patrick has stepped up and made sure I was taken care of and had what I needed. I have had such a great experience with Neighborhood and Patrick I resigned my lease for another two years because what an amazing people they having working at their company.My opinion for those who have rated Neighborhood Realty poorly must have been bad tenants who destroy property or didn’t pay their rent. I have never had a maintenance request not fulfilled in a timely manner. I could go on and on about the level of first class service I have had with this amazing company!!!

    Ive had nothing but great experiences with NRPM. Anytime there is an issue with my apartment they are super quick to respond, sometimes they even send someone out for repairs the next day.They replaced some old appliances with new ones and I didnt even have to ask. Patrick has definately gone above and beyond for us. I hope to stay in my current residence for the next couple of years until I purchase a home so the rental company is very important to me. So far so good!

    Many hestitate to own rental property because of the hassles. I was one of those people. We bought a home in another town and decided to rent it out. We were referred to Neighborhood Realty & Property Management by our realtor. Brandon Kerr was our contact. For over 4 years my property was taken care of. Tenants were cared for. New tenants found quickly twice. The experience was painless and seamless. I would recommend Brandon and this company to anyone.

    Rates have been fair and management and maintenance support is very responsive. Patrick, the property manager, had done a great job coordinating the restoration of all the damaged units from the February freeze. Especially getting the water turned off , bringing in port-a potties (for tenants and work crews), and getting the ruined furniture, etc. hauled off. The crews that have come in and done all the restoration in my unit have been awesome and very respectful. Especially Billy and Beto.

    Hello I just want to say that today June 30 2015 was my last day at on of the Properties from NRPM after a year and a half. My experience with them was superb. Not to many maintenance calls but two. One was a leak and the wall where a big hole formed So I called Patrick and he sent help right way. I was very pleased. Another one was a plumbing issue. Submitted the maintenance call online and with in the day got a call. Was very pleased. Payments where easy to make online. I recommend their services. Thanks Patrick!

    Easygoing agent Mrs Carol Fox was wonderful to deal with. Any problems that came up needing took care of, my wife called Mrs Carol and she took care of it right away. The maintenance man JP was very friendly and alway walked me through what he was going to do and explained what he did after doing it. He work in a professional & friendly way. There was no problem with this property management at all. We wish we could be still a tenant with them, but my wife wanted to move to a closer area where her job is located. Thank You Mrs Carol Fox for all that you did for us with our Leased home.
